Pros:

The room itself was ok.

Cons:

Room was not handicap accessible. No walk-in shower. Low toilet seat. No grab bar. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Pillows felt like stone. Bedding was not soft. Bulky and rough.

Ok on some stuff, but many annoyances
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, the shower was clean and had hot water

Cons:

We got kicked off the WIFI twice a day and would have to re-login. The walls were so thin we could hear a baby crying next door. There was a low-level mystery sound like a gurgling that was constant until we discovered it was coming from the refrigerator. The breakfast was blah. There is only one entrance to the parking lot and one evening we found it blocked by a truck.

Pros:

Everyone was very kind for the check-in and reiterated how safe it was. We also were close to everything. We're able to get to a delicious dinner at the big orange within 7 minutes. Check in and check out went very smoothly. The room was very clean.

Cons:

Air conditioner went on and off all night long.
