Wasn't a bad stay. Its a very old hotel, but it was comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Location. Cold room ac. Cleanliness. TV service. Amenities.

Cons:

Had to wait to be checked in at front office. This hotel does not supply towels each day. I had to go to office to ask for towels. And, they don't clean the room daily nor make up the beds. Was told it was hotel policy unless the stay there is more than 5 days. And, when I check out a day earlier due to emergency, the front desk could not credit my card which is pending with Booking.com

thankful it had availability, probably won’t ever stay there again.
Pros:

staff was nice. was close to hospital.

Cons:

everything was nasty. nothing was taken care of at all. our fridge didn’t work and neither did the outlets. woke up at 3am thinking the whole place was on fire, still have no idea what it was. both elevators were down for awhile & we were on the third floor.
