Disappointing visit, hotel needs updating
Pros:

Breakfast was very poor. Lack of choice. Ran out of milk and coffee, no option for tea. Only staff member seen was the receptionist.

Wasn't a bad stay. Its a very old hotel, but it was comfortable and quiet.

Location. Cold room ac. Cleanliness. TV service. Amenities.

Cons:

Had to wait to be checked in at front office. This hotel does not supply towels each day. I had to go to office to ask for towels. And, they don't clean the room daily nor make up the beds. Was told it was hotel policy unless the stay there is more than 5 days. And, when I check out a day earlier due to emergency, the front desk could not credit my card which is pending with Booking.com
