Compact and Comfortable, located in a great location.
Pros:

The room's we had were compact but comfortable. The maintance of the property with high turnover will need constant attention there are a few smaller items like exhaust fan noise, shower leaks, broken tiles, and untidy harder to get to corners etc that need attention.

Cons:

Nothing however see my comments above.

A delightful stay in a quiet area close to what we wanted.
Pros:

Great location near wonderful cafes and close to public transport to get into the city. The room was warm on the chilly winters night.
Sure to be back again.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed was pretty rough, with the springs sticking into both of us. By adding a topper would have made the stay perfect.

Perfect facility and location for a short stay in Sydney
Pros:

The location, kitchen facilities, perfect for overnight accommodation. Close to Victoria Cross station.

Cons:

Family groups with several children who were running wild until around 11.00pm. I was tired and needed sleep. These groups occupied the available bathrooms and I was not able to have a shower as none available before I had to leave. Not at all happy.

I really liked this place. It was comfortable and clean! I felt right at home.

It is very clean, and there are always complimentary extras like breakfast, tea, and milk. They really keep the place clean. It is quiet and peaceful.

Location was ok; basic breakfast and shared kitchen available.

Cons:

Tiny room with a chemical smell despite open windows; noisy as you can hear other guests conversations/walking around or kitchen use (from the room o was in)

Se notaba que las mesitas estaban muy sucias, pegajosas incluso, y visualmente daba bastante asco. Es el único detalle, por lo demás, todo limpio y habitaciones muy cómodas

Well worth staying in this beautiful old house.
Pros:

Good location, easy access, good size comfortable and clean room. Facilities were mostly excellent. It's a beautiful old house.

Cons:

One of the shower rooms had a flooded floor because there's no drain.
