Depressing
Pros:

Bad experience at the hotel, stayed for about a week, I needed to because I had a personal affair to attend. Crowded old neighborhood. Staff are friendly, but the vibe is depressing inside the hotel. Structures are old, food quality is “meh”, AC was not working properly. Internet speed is fair. OI gave it two stars

I bad time spend with JRD

Only Location

Cons:

Air conditioning not working, i complained twice but not fixed so the changed the room but again it wasn’t working in new room. It was fixed after an hour. Bathroom shower was malfunctioning and had intense cigarette smell.
I had paid for half board meals but they said it wasn’t included so had to call booking customer care so finally they agreed.

Pros:

Location and nothing else

Cons:

F & B quality of food and quality of service were abysmal
Couldn't even make a simple soup or panneer chilly right. Tables were not clean, serving dishes were not clean. Chapatis were dry. Aloo was half cooked and lacked both salt and chilly. Dinner was a disaster
I made the mistake of going in for breakfast too and the story repeats. The tea flask had not been cleaned in a long time. The person attending has never heard of the concept of Hygiene.
Room was super small. toilet was a struggle to get in and out of
I have not a single reason to recommend this property to anyone

Dirty and lazy
Pros:

Nothing. It was genuinely disgusting.

Cons:

It was dirty, the staff was bothered by having to help, and multiple things did not work. I did not feel safe here as a solo woman.
