if you are willing to spend ~40-60 mins to go places you can definetely choose this hotel
Pros:

clean. comfortable. offers good breakfast variety, staff is super nice. everything in the room works perfectly fine, most importantly the AC since we stayed in july, and istanbul heat is crazy.

Cons:

generally there is nothing to complain about. the sağmalcılar station is ~10-12 min walk, bayrampaşa maltepe ~15-18 min walk

Bel hotel ma peccano nei servizi, ah ovviamente ristorante in ristrutturazione ma nessuno ha avvisato. Non bene

Colazione scarsa e trasandata
Richiesto più volte accensione aria condizionata perché in stanza si moriva di caldo, la loro risposta è che l avrebbero accesa il giorno 15.
Quindi io sono stata una settimana a soffrire il caldo perché loro non l’hanno accesa prima

Pros:

I was in Istanbul having dental treatment, the hotel was three doors along from my dentist.
The staff were excellent and very accommodating to my needs.
The city view from the restaurant are excellent.

Cons:

I would of liked some coffee sachets in my room and I wasn't keen on the decoration but all in all it was more than adequate
