We hebben het geweldig naar ons zin gehad
Pros:

het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. We hebben heerlijk gegeten.
Uitgebreid ontbijt aan tafel. Een overvloed aan keuze.

Cons:

We een badkamer met een bad, waarin je ook het bad moest douchen. Dit is niet handig voor oudere mensen. De instap instap is veel te hoog. Het uitstappen is te gevaarlijk, omdat het bad dan te glad.
Een parkeerplaats in Edam vinden, waar je een hele dag mag staan, is lastig. We hebben er wel een gevonden, maar daardoor moest je een flink eind lopen met je bagage om weer bij het hotel te komen

Schöne Aussicht und romantisch
Pros:

Dieses Hotel war echt klasse. Besonders das historische Ensemble. Die Lage des Hotels insgesamt war spitzenmäßig. Und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant waren immer lecker. Das Personal höflich und zuvorkommend.

Fijne plek om te overnachten om de omgeving te kunnen verkennen.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke kamers en goed verzorgd ontbijt.
's avonds nog lekker even borrelen op het terras was gelukkig ook mogelijk.

Cons:

Enige min-punt.. De ongezellige TL-verlichting op het terras was wel jammer.

Tolle Lage, ein mondäner Frühstücksraum, insgesamt ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus im Herzen der Stadt!

Cons:

Das kleine Romantik-Zimmer hatte sehr wenig Ablageflächen und das Licht im Bad war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgeruste badkamer. Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. Voor mij was er te weinig bruin brood, maar door extra te vragen werd dit direct opgelost.

Cons:

Kamer was erg klein en overvol. Voor ons waren de bedden te hard.

My stay was beyond my expectations! I would love to take my granddaughter there someday.
Pros:

This hotel was amazing. Right in the heart of the Village of Edam. It was a five minute walk from the class I was taking. The staff were awesome, extremely courteous, very accommodating, friendly. The breakfast each morning was a feast. We ate dinner in the restaurant many nights during our stay, and every meal was delicious and reasonably priced. My room was beautifully appointed and clean. I would love to be able to go back to Edam, and stay at the l’Auberge Damhotel.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

Cramped conditions give one a good idea of life in 1600s.
Pros:

Location was good and the hotel is very atmospheric and historical.

The room was tiny. Barely room to move around the bed and even less if you have a couple of suitcases.
