La amabilidad de la anfitriona, nos proporcionó un microondas y una mesita auxiliar para que pudiésemos cenar. La facilidad para hacer el cheking y check out. La cercanía a Santander sin estar en el bullicio de la ciudad. La habitación estaba super bien, muy amplia, cama cómoda y todo lo necesario (secador de pelo, jabones, cafetera con cápsulas de café de cortesía...).

Conveniently located hotel on the Camino del Norte with a full service restaurant on site.
Pros:

It was located near the Camino del Norte. The room was spacious and included coffee pods. The beds were comfortable and there was good water pressure in the bathroom. There was an on-site restaurant, although we did not eat there for dinner or breakfast. It was a quiet location.

Cons:

It calls itself an ‘Auto CheckIn’ hotel but I did not receive any information in advance on how to do the check in, whether codes were required, etc. The description indicated that there were no reception staff on site. When we arrived, we tried using the check in screen but it was not working and had to flag down a restaurant staff member to help us. She said the check in machine screen was broken. The hotel should improve the information that is provided so that guests know how the arrival process works.
