Séjour irréprochable, mais attention trop convenue pour un anniversaire à ce niveau.
Pros:

Un séjour parfait de A à Z. Les chambres sont superbes, le confort est au rendez-vous, la propreté irréprochable et les équipements à la hauteur de la réputation de la marque Park Hyatt. L'emplacement est excellent et le service globalement très soigné. Une adresse haut de gamme qui tient toutes ses promesses.

Cons:

Un seul vrai regret : pour l'anniversaire de ma femme, dont l'information avait été communiquée, nous avons eu droit à un petit gâteau avec une bougie sur le rooftop — un geste sympathique, mais qui reste le service minimum d'autant que nous avions également bien consommé sur place. Pour un établissement de ce standing, on aurait pu attendre une attention plus marquante, comme un surclassement ou une vraie petite touche personnalisée.

Pros:

One of the best hotel in Tianhe if not the best. Top notch service.
Special mention to the concierge team and to Mr Zone Li at the reception: they are always helpful and make everything easier.

Wonderful view
