was there for medical care at USCSD. It worked out well for that purpose.
Pros:

was not aware there was a breakfast.

a microwave in the room. unfortunately, was physically unable to visit the beach. did enjoy my stay.

I will be back, perfect location
Pros:

The rooms are great, comfortable bed, large showers, large tv,balcony with chairs, 5 minute walk to a great coffee shop and food and 10 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely perfect

Sehr modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Lage für Ausflüge, top.

Leider wurden wir beim Einchecken nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man die Rückseite des „do Not disturb“ Schildchens an die Tür hängen muss, um den Wunsch nach einem Roamcleaning sichtbar zu machen. Klappte erst nach Nachfrage.

Sehr schlechter Start, aber der Rest ganz in Ordnung

- Balkon mit schöner Aussicht
- Sehr gute Lage
- Kostenlose Parkplätze
- Zimmer sind auch ganz in Ordnung
- Preis/Leistung ganz oke
- Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Lobby sind sehr freundlich (Bis auf den einen Mitarbeiter s. unten)

ACHTUNG: Beim Check-In wollte uns der Mitarbeiter täuschen.. Und zwar hat er eine längere Zeit gebraucht für den ganzen Vorgang und am Schluss als es zur Zahlung gekommen ist, hielt er mir den Kartenterminal vor mir, um zu zahlen. Da war allerdings der doppelte Preis enthalten und als ich ihn darauf angesprochen habe sagte er, da seien „Taxes“ inkludiert. Ich war geschockt, ich meine „taxes“ in Höhe von 100%??! Ich habe höflich nach einer Erklärung gebeten und dann habe ich ihm auch meine Buchung auf Booking gezeigt mit dem reservierten Preis und auch da sagte er, es fallen noch die Taxes oben drauf an. Erst als er bemerkte, dass ich nicht locker lasse, hat er nochmals geprüft und dann kam die Ausrede, weswegen ich mir sicher bin, dass er mich täuschen wollte. Und zwar hat er „plötzlich“ bemerkt, dass der Preis für einen anderen Gast an der Unterkunft sei, der per Zufall den gleichen Nachnamen wie ich trägt. Ganz ehrlich, dass jemand aus dem Balkan und dann noch mit dem gleichen Nachnamen in der gleichen Unterkunft eincheckt, ist einfach lächerlich. Er hätte einfach sagen können, er hat sich vertippt, aber eine solche dreisste Lüge finde ich einfach beschämend.
Das war ein seeeeehr entäuschender Start für uns in San Diego. Es handelt sich dabei um einen älteren Herren mit dunklen Haaren und einer Brille.
Die anderen beiden Mitarbeiterinnen an der Lobby waren SUPER.

- Ausserdem finde ich die Decken- und Kissenbezüge sehr schlecht.

Really nice place and good value. Bus stop near by but rental car is recommended.
Pros:

Clean, safe and good area with local businesses and ocean across a few blocks away. No beach access but bench to sit and enjoy sunset. Pool is nice and good parking.

Cons:

Did not see a safe in the room and shower floor and bed a bit basic. A bit hard to sleep on. But acceptable.
