Left the same day and they only refunded partial for the first day
Cons:

Hotel is dirty and disgusting. Run down and not kept up at all. Crack heads outside the hotel. Sheets stained. Tub clogged. Mold everywhere. Smelled bad. Don’t stay here.

Very disappointing
Pros:

- the hotel is very dirty.
- using chemicals for cleaning that makes you sick
- the whole property smells Indian food spices everywhere
-Main doos always unlocked in an area is not very safe.

No Frills but Okay
Pros:

The bed was really soft, and we liked the soap, lotion and the shampoo and conditioner, which were lemon scented.
The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The curtains had a disgusting stain on them that was quite large. We had trouble checking in because the hotel had lost power. We had to change our dinner plans because of this, and that was disappointing.

Overall this is a decent hotel for a reasonable price. No frills, we didn't see vending machines, and the rooms didn't have phones so we had a hard time contacting the front desk for a late checkout.

It's a clean place to sleep within our price range. It's got its flaws but they're not dealbreakers
Pros:

My main concern was cleanliness; I didn't see any bugs, the bathroom & floor were nice & clean. Check in & check out were a breeze.

Cons:

There was no coffee in the dispenser in the lobby; my partner tried to get an Americano from it & it only gave him cream and hot water. The bed was a bit more firm than we prefer, and the pillows were very thin. We both have back issues, so we had a hard time sleeping because of the firmness.

It was somewhat updated and reasonably clean however quite a few things need updating.

Cons:

No ice available even though they told us at the front desk there was some on the floor machines. There was a leek in the bathroom under the tiles in room 219. That was also reported and nobody didn’t even care to come up and investigate. We don’t want to be treated like we don’t matter and hope nobody else has to go through this as well . Please Get It Right! Thank you just the same for the things you did respond to and address.

Not a very good place to stay

You didn’t feel safe walking outside way to many people hanging around bludging smokes or whatever they could get not a pleasant experience

A pleasant place to stay for travellers with a car.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with a television but no access to WIFI. Friendly and helpful staff. A cooked and continental breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom needs some maintenance. Blocked toilet. Bath / shower tap divertor is faulty and needs replacing. Also hand basin plug is broken, and needs replacing

Perfect budget Nashville stay
Pros:

The best room we could find within our budget for a Friday night out on Broadway. Was around half the cost of anything nearer to Broadway, and only $9 in an uber, so perfect location

No negatives for the stay, everything was as or exceeded expectations
