it was a comfy bed and a cosy room
the room was not what i thought id booked and the room was very mid for the price we had paid i think it was disgraceful due because i thought i was paying for an outside hot tub area which most photos advertised and i did not receive sed room. 360 pounds for just a bed and a posh bath tub is beyond extortionate. me and my boyfriend were below content at best. an additional £30 extra for breakfast in the morning was a little steep, we had already paid £360 for just the room for one night. Yes the facilities were clean and lovely but the room itself were not worth the overall price for one night.
Location is great, short drive to Gilly’s landing. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, very comfortable bed
Room 9 was a bit noisy with people coming up and down the stairs and voices from reception could be heard early in the morning which woke us up. The bathroom fire door was annoying every time either of us went to the toilet through the night we woke the other person up with the noise of the door opening and the toilet flushing. The shower head is way too small for the size of shower and for the size of the bathroom in general, it would look so much better with a rain shower head which doesn’t cost that much. The shower is starting to mould in places too. The big circle on the ceiling above the bed which I presume was a light doesn’t work, there was a strip of led lights in the bathroom that also didn’t work and the door out to the hot tub is looking a bit shabby needs a clean and a paint. The landing carpet upon entrance to room 9 is heavily stained, first impressions are always the lasting ones. We would return without a doubt but would choose a different room next time.

Property was dirty throughout, not as it was presented on the pictures, very disappointing, I have videos of thick dust I wiped from numerous surfaces and stains on the carpet
If I had paid £120 I would have been happy with the room.

Building was a little tired, I don’t think this was worth the extortionate price. Hot tub was nice, but the rooms didn’t feel as pristine as they look on the photos. Not particularly luxurious. Hairs on bed throw and sofa bed. Room was also very hot

Excellent location and we could check in early, the whole experience of the space was truly special.
The hot tub was set at 41 degrees when we arrived and was way to hot to enjoy, after a couple of hours cooling down it was perfect this should of been checked beforehand
The safety instructions of the hot tub stated the temperature should never exceed 40 degrees, this is a minor grievance in all.

Everything was good no complaints I think one thing you should have smoking rooms because you have to go too far too smoke
Was comfy, clean and the outside fountain was beautiful and the staff were lovely.
