Smell ,dirty ,back hurt from old mattress,dump everywhere spiders and spiders net everywhere, no hot or worm water at all full week ,cold shower good for helth bit prefer worm agyer work ,just dont go ther ,disappointing

The room was small and basic smelt damp, I could have sworn someone before me in that room had been caught short for the loo and urinated in the kettle when I first boiled it so the kettle did not get any use at all,no view out of window weather was hot so needed the window open were a truck was parked outside my window with engine running into the early hours because the car park doubles up as a truck stop I wore my flip flops when entering bathroom area they were always flooded and when taking a shower the shower tray would fill up with water because the trap was obviously blocked and smelt bad aswell I also left a day early because I could not face sleeping or showering there one more night

Very small room i m not tall but my head and feet touched both walls at same time no staff , loo and shower other end of block very basic i would rather pay more and stay else where !

Attitude of owner when I airred . Very rude and not helpful at all . Showers toilets dirty leaking urinals ( whitch I watched coloured lady mop floor and wash mop out in the sink ) room dirty no view as hedge out right up against window no ligt or air . Bed ply board sheets under metres as bed u/s dirt on every service. 1st visit right next to car wash ( I work nights ) all day no sleep as of nose. 2nd vist was he'll. I'd rather seep me my car than go back there . Honestly void or pay to stay there and regret it . Girls in cafe tried to help me ( thank you ) breakfast 100%

It was horrific.

This place is simply awful it’s dirty, noisy, smelly, tiny cramped room (room 21 is so small you have to lift the mattress to open the door. Light switch and tv remote held together by sellotape. Was booked in for two nights, spent most of night 1 trying to sleep in my car instead of the room, then gave up and booked a travelodge for the second night I was away. Avoid at all costs if you value your sleep and health.

Very small room. Dirty wall from heads. Bed mattress kept slipping to one side. One shower didn't produce hot water (apparently for several weeks).

Shared batromm whit just one shower whit boiled water ,mould and very dirty dont shut be have lincense for renting the room whit mould,dirty(when do you ask for change they just put back the same cover for matress and bedcover and turn matress whit other side and said they change) very rud staff

Facilities poor quality with paint peeling off the wall
Room had spiders/some dust in it
Shared bathroom poor condition fixture wise
Parking area had potholes and not the smoothest

As expected for the price. Wish it was closer to my office to make better use of the place.

Couldn't get hold of owner on number provided.
Bed was in poor state-sagging badly.
Sound travelled through the building-could hear the kettle in my room boiling from along the hallway.
