Pros:

I asked for driver to pick me up at airport. The flight was not delayed, but immigration and baggage handling took very long. Driver had to wait more than 2,5 hours, and he did !

Cons:

I stayed at floor 11 and floor 12. In both cases, water pressure was low, hence shower not as expected

There's a reasonable view over the city and the hotel is in a central location. The breakfast is quite good.
