Среди большого разнообразия еды на завтрак, было бы здорово иметь альтернативное молоко для тех кто не пьет обычное моло

Очень красивый и удобный номер. Вежливый персонал. Разнообразие еды на завтрак.
Спа зона удобная и очень красивая. Шикарные виды.

Cons:

В бассейне дети находились без присмотра, прыгали, брызгались, орали и мешали в целом спокойно отдыхать и расслабляться. Обычно в гостиницах в джакузи детей не пускают, а тут в джакузи были одни дети так что нам даже не было места.
У нас комната была разделена дверью с соседней комнатой и в первый день у нас были соседи которые так сильно шумели что нам в 12 ночи пришлось звонить на ресепшен и просить их чтоб звонили в эту комнату и вели себя тише. Не хватает звукоизоляция в номерах.

Alt var meget luksus. Medarbejderne var virkelig hurtig med alt. Servicen er i top.

Nadir og Zaur ved receptionen var meget søde og opmærksomme i alt.

Cons:

Værelserne var pragtfulde og udsigten virkelig flot. Vi er kommet 5 personer. Og alle blev glade for hotellet. Stærk anbefales.

I like how the staff are cooperative and helpful, especially Jala at activity service, and shamil and Sabira at the reception.. the food was delicious and fresh 😋 I would advise ppl to come to the hotel.

Tak je to 5* tudíž si pravdu nemáte na co stěžovat, pokoje velkorysé, hezky zařízené, vše vzorně čisté, snídaně vynikající a velmi rozmanité. Bazény, sauna, posilovna atd. Zajistí i zábavu pokud chcete. Turistika v okolí sice lehce problematická (není to samozřejmě chyba hotelu), ale ne nemožná. Zimní období hodnotit nemůžu, ale sjezdovky vypadají velmi dobře

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic stay with a view to match!
Pros:

We recently booked 10 rooms at PikPalace for a group trip, and honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely stunning – perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views, and super close to all the Shadag activities, which made exploring so convenient.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and a few of us were lucky enough to get complimentary upgrades – always a nice touch! 😊

What really made our stay special was Usman Sadiq, the Manager. He was incredibly approachable, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve any little issues we had. Always had a smile on his face and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Truly a gem of a person! 🙌

The facilities were top-notch too – the outdoor heated pool was a hit with everyone, and the sauna, steam room, and spa were perfect for unwinding after a long day out.

Room service was decent during the day, though I’d say it got a bit slow late at night – but that’s a minor hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Big shoutout to Usman again for making our trip so worthwhile. Would definitely recommend PikPalace to anyone visiting the area – we’re already planning our next visit! 🌄🏨

A luxury hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is very luxurious, the accommodation is special, and the breakfast is special, delicious, and very wonderful and suits all tastes. The reception staff are very special and cooperative, from Sabriza to Niyaz to Zaur. They were very kind and responsive, and if I want to return to the hotel, I will return because of the luxury of the hotel and the treatment of the aforementioned staff.

Cons:

It lacks a bidet sprayer in some of the bathrooms.

excellent hotel - great facilities and staff
Pros:

we loved the room - very spacious

Cons:

TV remote control didnt work in the bedroom but no real problem as had a tv in sitting room

would have been good if the TV could accept castingh from a phone / laptop
