I booked through Booking.com for two adults and four children, clearly stating the total number of guests, and the reservation was accepted and confirmed. However, the suite had only one king-size bed, and the hotel said it could provide only one extra bed. At check-in, I was then told that the room could accommodate only two adults and two children. As a result, there was not enough sleeping space for everyone included in my confirmed booking, and some members of my family had to sleep on chairs and on the floor. I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the stay and was unable to relax or enjoy it. Accepting a reservation for six guests and then failing to provide adequate sleeping arrangements was completely unacceptable. No satisfactory solution was provided, and my formal complaint to Booking.com was never answered.

A truly beautiful hotel with excellent service, wonderful staff, and a fantastic overall experience.
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay at a truly magnificent palace. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices.

The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and smooth, which made the overall experience even better.

Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable stay at this beautiful palace. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back again!

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the bedding. The bedsheets seemed a little old and were not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard.

Vacaciones en un palacio.
Pros:

El hotel es muy elegante, las habitaciones enormes y muy bien decoradas. La cama , una delicia de comodidad y suavidad. El personal, muy profesional, dedicado al 100%.Todo es perfecto. Recomiendo el Restaurant de carnes: World Cut. El desayuno es interminable de preparaciones tanto dulces como saladas de excelente calidad. Pasamos un día de playa fantástico, donde el hotel ofrece el servicio.
