Mooie locatie
Pros:

Het is een groot complex van een aan elkaar uitgebouwd hotel met meerdere verwarmde baden. De ligging maakt dat het mooie uitzichten heeft. Het geheel heeft een luxe uitstraling en is compleet in haar voorzieningen.
Wij hadden onze overnachting in het oudere deel van het hotel en dat is jammer genoeg merkbaar; hier is het luxe van voorheen minder goed bijgehouden in de tijd; de kussens waren leeg (oud?), een scheurtje in het laken op een zichtbare plek en iets simpels als verschillend formaat in de 2 glazen, de 2 bekers en 2 wijnglazen (maakt dat het voelt alsof het in dit deel van het hotel er niet meer toe doet). Echt jammer.
De prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding voor dit deel is mi dan ook niet helemaal juist.

Make sure to ask for room in the old part of the hotel with A/C.

They give you a physical metal key attached to a half- pound weight! Get electronic card readers for access, it is the 21st century you know.

Tout était Parfait, toute notre famille, les 14, on gardé un magnifique souvenir de ce week-end.
On était très heureux de fêter nos 45 ans de mariage et ma première AVS chez vous.

Great Resort
Pros:

The hotel has restaurants and a great water park.

Cons:

The train station is on the other side of the road from the hotel and the bus only comes every hour, and its route isn't straightforward.

Nous attendions mieux d un 4 étoiles.

Nous avons aimez les bains et les restaurants.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec climatisation et on nous a donné une chambre avec balcon sans climatisation. Et ceci sans nous prévenir à notre arrivée. Lors de notre réclamation à notre départ, les réceptionnistes nous ont dit que nous avions été surclassé gratuitement pour nous faire plaisir. Cependant la chambre sans climatisation pour nous, n était pas surclassée d autant plus que nous étions en pleine canicule.

Im Hochsommer aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage eher nicht geeignet.
Pros:

Der Wein und das Essen waren gut.

Cons:

Alle Räume (inkl. Theoriesaal, Zimmer, usw.) sind zu warm. Es wurden bis ca. 30° in den Innenräumen gemessen!
