Pros:

Frühstück war Gut:-) Badelandschaft gut, Landschaft in den Bergen schön.

Cons:

Allgemein ist die ganze Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht mehr, zu teuer.

Not much

Cons:

It’s full of weird middle class people. The restaurante is low class with expensive wine prices. I was ready to pay for a great experience but the waiter didn’t have the time, interest or knowledge to guide me through the menu.
I do not recommend this establishment. The room was uninviting and the spa experience not what the price promises

Bereits unser 2. Aufenthalt aber nicht der letzte.
Pros:

Tolle Bäder, vor allem das 25-Meter Becken habe ich ausgiebig benutzt. Auch das Flussbad ist super. Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das Nachtessen war lecker. Bequeme Betten und grosszügige Zimmer.

Cons:

Nichts.

Un séjour un peu décevant

Le centre thermal

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre « cosy » pour 1 personne et on m’a attribué une chambre avec désagréable odeur de cigarette où 3 s’entassaient 3 lits. On me l’a changée à ma demande.

One to avoid.
Pros:

Choice of nice pools, though the lazy river was not accessible during our stay. Also they are used by the local community for classes/swim lessons etc so can be busy. Restaurant had nice food and good service in the evening. On site shop selling essentials and foodstuffs such as breakfast items.

Cons:

Worst hotel room I’ve stayed in! Poorly maintained, chunks of plaster out of the wall /broken sun/fly screens /no air conditioning. The room was too hot to sleep. Bedside lights only turned on or off by moving the furniture and unplugging them at the wall. No WiFi or phone signal in the room. Room was large but with the sofa bed set up there were no chairs to sit in. There were however 7 bar stools, some of which were just lined up at the side of the room as though it doubled as a storage facility! No safe. Room was in a a separate building with no secure entry so anyone can walk in (and on one occasion did). Bed and sofa bed both very uncomfortable. Only one key and this is needed to physically lock and unlock the door. With 3 of us in the room this was very inconvenient. We stayed in a number of lovely Swiss hotels on our road trip - this was not one. First hotel I’ve complained about in 30 years of travelling but as there was no manager on site this had no impact. One to avoid! Especially considering the price point.

J’aurais souhaité avoir un meilleur service
Pros:

C’est mon deuxième séjour aux Bains de Lavey

Cons:

Lors de ma réservation via Booking, j’ai oublié de prendre l’accès aux bains par mégarde.

Il est très regrettable que la réceptionniste n’a pas pu me vendre un accès (bracelet bleu) comme pour un client séjournant à l’hôtel.

J’ai upgradé ma chambre pour être dans la section neuve de l’hôtel

Malgré que j’ai pris une chambre plus cher, j’ai dû acheter une entrée aux bains valable seulement la journée

Ce qui ne m’a pas permis de remonter dans ma chambre pour ensuite revenir aux bains plus tard dans la journée et je n’ai pas pu profiter des bains le lendemain !!

Je suis venue avec des amis qui avaient le bracelet bleu de l’hôtel et qui ont pu accéder aux bains côté clients

Pour ma part, j’ai dû passer par l’entrée principale des bains :-(( en étant cliente de l’hôtel !!

Hôtel moyen, bains bien !
Pros:

Notre chambre no 501 était très moyenne. Le vélux électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Le min bar était vide et la télévision du temps de la préhistoire. Les couloirs ne sont pas d'une grande propreté dans cet immeuble là...

Cons:

Au restaurent par exemple: Vous devez slalomer entre les personnes qui ravitaillent le buffet le matin, le cuisinier était dépassé à un moment donné. Il fait tout plein de pankakes alors qu'il y avait la queue pour des ouefs au plat ou brouillés... A l'Hôtel Cailler à Broc par exemple, les oeufs brouillés sont en quantité le matin sous cloches chauffées, il y a de TOUT pendant TOUTE la durée du petit déjeuner et les différentes sortes de pains sont vraiment délicieux. A Saillon les pains sont pour la plus part industriels, les croissants aussi. Ce qui est vraiment agaçant c'est ce va et vient des gens avec leurs chariots à couverts ou autres plats qui traversent entre les tables des gens. Vraiment nul !!!
Pour ce qui est bains, ils sont bien. Mais devoir payer 30.-. pour aller à la zone des "cinq mondes" est trop ! 20.- seraient acceptable...
