La habitación era amplia.

Cons:

La calidad-precio. Es un hotel que no ofrece mucho y fue bastante caro para lo que era. Pocos días antes habíamos estado en un hotel de 27 plantas con vistas al mar e infinity pool por bastante menos dinero. El último día como no había gente en el hotel, en lugar de tener el típico desayuno buffet donde puedes escoger lo que quieres de las bandejas, decidieron que siendo dos mejor nos traían unas pocas cosas (sobras del desayuno anterior en una cesta) y nos hicieron unos huevos revueltos. Además, soy intolerante a la lactosa y solo había leche normal así que pedí una botella de agua con el desayuno. Me la cobraron al hacer el check-out. Le dije que si el desayuno estaba incluido no entendía porque me cobraban un agua y me la cobraron igualmente a pesar de saber que el desayuno tampoco había sido bueno. Por supuesto no es por lo que valga una botella, es el trato y la forma en la que no cuidan al huésped. Opino que en la zona había hoteles muy similares y de mejor precio. No repetiría.

Nous avons par ailleurs bénéficié d'un surclassement pour notre séjour.

Struttura pulita e confortevole. La posizione è comoda per muoversi, in pochi minuti con il tuk tuk si raggiungono i principali punti di interesse di Kandy.

A good hotel to stay in Kandy away from the city.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast; both were very good.

Nicht empfehlenswert für den Preis.
Pros:

Das Sri lankische Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel können wir nicht empfehlen.

1. Viele Bilder stimmen nicht mit dem Hotel überein
2. Schimmel im ganzen Bad zwischen den Fliesen
3. Keine Absprache zwischen dem Personal (waren die einzigen Gäste beim Frühstück und Rezeption hatte nicht unseren Frühstückswunsch, der am Tag zuvor abgefragt wurde, an das Restaurantpersonal weitergegeben).
4. Unfreundliches Personal: hatten, weil der TV nicht das Menü angezeigt hat, um Hilfe gebeten. Als wir das Personal nach „spa“ fragten, haben sie nur gelacht und sind dann aus dem Zimmer gegangen ohne die Tür zu schließen oder sich zu verabschieden.
5. Auf den Bildern gibt es 4 beleuchtete Stockwerke. Allerdings ist nur eines oder zwei in Betrieb, keine Dachterasse wie auf den Bildern.
6. Kein Seeblick!!! Ein Hügel direkt vor dem Hotel, der angegebene Seeblick ist nicht möglich.

2 Sterne, da völlig andere online Präsentation und Preiskategorie als in Realität.

The food of their restaurant isn't that good.
During our dinner they left all the windows open, and the outside lights turned on, which meant that we had a lot of big insects flying around us and our food. It did not contribute to our dinning experience.

Pros:

Tutto molto bello, bella stanza con Smart tv.
L’unica pecca il bagno, era molto bello e grande se non fosse che a causa dell’umiditá si erano formati dei funghi sul soffitto che emanavano cattivo odore.

Hyggelig personale. God mat, både frokost og middag. Gode senger og fantastisk trykk i dusjen. Det var en gåtur på ca 20 min inn til sentrum, helt perfekt.

Cons:

Litt møkkete dusj. Kunne vært litt hyggeligere balkong.
