Pros:

Plenty of amenities in close proximity

Cons:

When walking to places nearby we had to walk on the road to the car park as the front door to the conference area was locked and there is no pathway to the hotel entrance at the rear.

Fabulous hotel as long as you get the right night for food!
Pros:

The rooms were great, everything provided and very clean. Breakfast was also good with a wide range of options.

Cons:

One evening meal out of the two was terrible. The staff took ages to seat us, we had to ask for them to take our order as they were too busy chatting, no specials menu was provided, the garlic spaghetti was inedible with too much garlic oil on which burned, they did not bring a dessert so after 25 minutes we cancelled it and were not given any acknowledgement when we left. The following night was different and much improved.

Great staff great hotel - breakfast is a 6.5 out of 10
Pros:

Kids pit, bar, pool, parking, staff - Izzy made they stay

Cons:

Breakfast - was ok. I didn’t use it, it was not worth it for me - the sausages were poor and bacon poor Qaulity

Pros:

Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Check in took an hour due to system problem - however that is unavoidable - it was the way that staff dealt with it that was the issue. They funnelled us to the bar but then assisted people who had not been waiting as long. They did not mange the issue very effectively at all- we all understand system problems but it could have been managed much better.

Great hotel to stop off for a night or two.
Pros:

Nice building, reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection for all the family. The sand pit outside was a nice touch, as was having a large screen showing the football.

Cons:

The pool was very crowded even with a fixed booking slot, and the kids facilities were very limited to just the sand pit.
