The pool opening times - wasn’t what it said on the leaflet and the man closing it was quite officious.
Insufficient parking. Strong smell of weed around the main entrance
The room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was very good we also ate two delicious evening meals in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly reception and the restaurant staff.
Room was comfy and as expected,
Spa treatments were reduced due to lots of availability
phone in the room didn't work and I had a question for reception that I was unable to ring and ask.
Breakfast was mediocre, cold food, condiments didn't work with the pump.
Pool was closed for maintenance on arrival.

Paying for parking was a surprise. Never had to do this before for a UK hotels car park.

Everything the bed was really stiff it look run down was so unorganised and would defo recommend it needs an update or take the Hilton name off it
