Where children over the age of 13 are added to the booking, there will be an additional Breakfast charge added per day to the reservation where the booking is reserved on a Bed and Breakfast basis and this will be payable at the hotel.
We have a select number of pet friendly bedrooms at the hotel (certain Classic Double and Classic Twin Rooms) and not all rooms are pet friendly. Historic building with spa facilities. Staff were brilliant. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Hotel was full of character. Have no complaints.

I booked a family deluxe room. When we arrived we were given a standard double. I questioned this and we were moved after some negotiation to a room that was more in line with what we booked and paid for.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is right next to Nene park which is fabulous. The breakfast was lovely. The customer service at the restaurants is exemplary. The shower pressure was insanely powerful.

The building itself is super outdated. Damp on the ceilings and mould in the rooms. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was incredibly overpriced for what you get. The staff were kind enough to pay for our breakfast as a recompense. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations as if you are in the same room.

Bathroom not great.tap not secure on sink wobbled all over the place when turning tap on.
Refreshments tray literally not enough milk pods or to have more than one drink of choice.
Swimming pool area needs refreshing. Rusty overhead structures which are unsightly and loungers which people lay on the cushions after being in the pool looked tatty.
Breakfast was also disappointing.
