reasonable comfortable staf with excellent cooked breakfast
Pros:

nice made to order breakfast. :)

Cons:

room tv remote control missing and was told to wait till the next morning.... and my stay was only for one night !!!

Old hotel but nice staff
Pros:

Staff very helpful,good location .Bed very comfortable and very nice sheets!

Cons:

It is an old hotel and needs updating especially the entrance into the hotel very dark with a bit of a musty smell

Lovely staff
Pros:

Overall, the staff were lovely. They were helpful, friendly and always smiling. We were able to leave our luggage and they called a taxi when I needed one. The location is fantastic for the university, the Perth Road and the University. Lots of bars and restaurants all around. A special mention for the reception ladies who were terrific.

Cons:

I had read the reviews and agree with past reviews. The beds could do with new mattresses and the whole place is a little creaky though past grandeur is evident! My biggest grumble is that I accidentally left my Kindle behind and it wasn't found. Very disappointing 😞

Pros:

Great location and free parking. Good staff

Cons:

Could do with a refurb. Ordered kippers and poached egg for breakfast. Both over cooked
