Couldn’t wait to leave.
Pros:

Loved the old architecture: Reason I booked it. Was curious as to how a 200 year old hotel was modernized. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Furniture in the room looked stripped their polish. There were also lots of creaking sounds as one walked. This could also be heard, though faintly, from the room / floor above. There were also lots of bugs in the room: different kinds and dissent sizes. Found room quite uncomfortable to sleep in cos neither I nor the hotel could get rid of them, even after I reported. The bathroom was clean but needed maintenance works as some spots had black mould and large uncovered spaces beneath the bath tub. Carpet on the room was also not vacuumed and had lots of dirt. Room felt like a breeding space for small critters and bugs. Would’ve moved but had placed online orders which were still being delivered.

Great location and friendly staff. Comfort of room was average.
Pros:

Location, staff, and the heritage feel of the hotel was excellent

Cons:

Many little things seemed to be in need of repair and attention, like the shower head, the bathroom door couldn’t close, and the carpet in the room didn’t appear clean.

Gute Lage, schönes altes Gebäude, grosser Parkplatz, gutes gemütliches Bett.

Cons:

Für mich persönlich kein Problem, aber die zentrale Lage hat für Leute, die nicht so gut schlafen nicht nur Vorteile. Auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man es gut, wenn nebenan eine Party ist.
