Good location, nice room, very clean, friendly staff, the food was very good (breakfast and dinner), good value for money.
The Wifi was pretty slow and would cut out occasionally.

Reception staff (Morgan) was excellent - exceeded expectations and couldn't do enough for you.

Only criticism is there was an old champagne cork and crisp wrapper down the side of the bed and a lot of dust in the wardrobe. Wouldn’t put me off coming back though.

Draft beer extremely expensive (£7.30 for a pint of Moretti), school prom taking place and noisy until 11pm. Would have been nice to have been told about the prom so I could have booked another room on opposite side of hotel.
Travelling on business so wanted an early night due to early start and driving.

Having booked a single bed room via hotel.com, I was surprised when I got to my room as it was a double bed and very nice room.
Next day at breakfast I was told that they had made a mistake and I had to vacate the room and be put into the single bed room.
I was not the best pleased at having to pack up then in pack this wasted my stay there. Furthermore the single room was clean but grubby and tired was and in need of upgrade, the bathroom was spotless.
This whole experience was not one that I have encountered before lacked professionalism and attention to detail. On top of that the room for my second night was below the wedding venue that was on and the music was blaring, found it hard to sleep, hence score given.

Lovely building, plenty of car parking. Outdoor bench tables to sit end have a drink. Very dog friendly, tables in bar area where can comfortably sit and have dinner/breakfast with our Labrador. Staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful and accommodating.
Room was very warm, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok- coffee was poor.
