Not a lot. Staff were pleasant

Cons:

The Room view was awful no sun light leaves on the floor and a fence, I took a picture. Breakfast was cold every morning even though we paid a lot of money we had to book a table for our evening meal A lot of work people stayed there which was ok because I think that is more for work people than holiday people .The lounge was high table and chairs were not suitable for elderly people, nowhere to sit for a quiet drink after evening dinner. Wasn't worth the money we paid very disappointed. First trip to Falkirk. We should have looked for different Hotels. Because my partner struggled to walk as he had a bad hip, we had to get a taxi everywhere we wanted to go. And The sheet had a rip in it. They changed it next day.

Economical place to stay to visit places in the area.
Pros:

Great location to visit The Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel, very clean and staff were polite and welcoming.

Cons:

A few repairs needed, a shelf in the bathroom would be useful.

Pros:

Friendly staff in a nice location with ample parking. Tasty cooked breakfast. Comfort beds the room was clean but the furniture and bathroom are rather dated.

Cons:

The shower above the bath was dated and difficult to use. The room locks looked rather flimsy.

Staff friendly, very helpful and hard working.Locstion very good. All main areas were spotless. Would definitely stay again.Value Money.

Cons:

The room needs a refurbishment. We booked a small double. Next time we would book an upgrade.

Disappointing. Stayed in much better places for less money!
Pros:

Location great for the station. Bar prices reasonable.

Cons:

Griddled food covered with burnt fat from the hot plate - hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. Less particles from a BBQ! Breakfast chaotic - coach party and others crammed in small buffet area.
