The shower was very slippery
Very clean and comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t review. Will be staying again. Staff accommodated my request to be on ground floor although booking was a room in 1st floor.

The staff were very helpful and considerate. I was made to feel.very welcome. The room was very clean roomy and had a good sized TV with all channels operating, which is not the case in some hotels.
It's not a criticism but I notice milk in most hotels these days is semi skimmed and makes for a poor weak and watery cup of tea, we Brits love our tea! I can't find anything negative to mention other than this.
Next to motorway
I stayed for 6 nights . One day I returned to find all my clothes and food gone from room and had to wait while they find them and binned my food .
I complained about having room cleaned and shower full of hair to manager who said he cleaned it and was still there and again next day after it was serviced .
The manager has no training in dealing with and rectifying complaints. I just wanted room and shower cleaned and struggled.
Feels nice and homely and felt really welcomed the staff was so nice and helpful would stay againa nd recommend it to everyone i know

I was put in an obviously accessible room. I prefer a bathroom/ shower without the additions that make it look like an old person's or wheelchair bound.
The grab handles and other fittings for the disabled were rusting, awful advert for your Company.
The grouting around the tiles was stained yellow to green, again reflects poorly on your Company.
I usually stay in Travelodge, this was my first stay with Best Western.

Horrible racist staff. I requested to get my room cleaned after booking and extra night . She said I need to request by 8 am which doesn’t make any sense. Because if I checked out from my old room I would have gotten a clean took for the new booking
