Could of done with more with a cooler room
The room was very hot
Good location.
Room: basic but clean and spacious
Parking: free and plenty of space
Location: convenient location if you would like to explore the south of Wales, with fast food and pub at walking distance
Breakfast: for 11 pounds it is pretty basic, especially if you are looking for the continental option
Asked for a room in the quiet part of the hotel, which we got. The hotel nd the room were contemporary, well-maintained, immaculately clean, well-furnished and everything worked. The room was well equipped, with plenty of sockets. The room was also a good size.
The staff were very friendly. When we arrived, we were met with a wonderful smile and greeting from the young lady behind reception. Probably the warmest welcome I've ever had in a hotel.

I had booked a room for a family of three. On reaching the room, we realised there was a double bed. We were very tired and didnt want to go throught he hassle of changing rooms.
We were given just a single check-in card to the room. It would be great if two cards are given.
