Emplacement plutôt correcte dans la ville mais la chambre la plus sombre et bruyante de l’hôtel !
Pros:

Le personnel était bien, les lits confortables, petit dej correct

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur le rue et équipé d’une petite fenêtre et les bruits du personnel (des 6h du matin), des clients remontaient dans notre chambre.

El mejor hotel que jamás he estado en Lisboa.

Pros:

Goede locatie, vlakbij een metrostation. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Personeel erg vriendelijk, een echte aanrader als je niet perse midden in het centrum wilt zitten.

Eccellente!
Pros:

Pulita e in ordine!!! Staff disponibilissimo e gentile! Posizione eccellente, zona centrale e tranquilla, solo poche fermate dal centro di Lisbona. Colazione buona ma migliorabile sopratutto i prodotti salati.

Çok memnun kaldım

Konumu gayet iyiydi oda olanakları çok iyiydi küçük tatlı bir balkonu vardı temiz ve konforluydu. Resepsiyonda kek vs gibi yiyecek - içecek ikramları vardı ücretsiz olarak istediğiniz zaman alabiliyorsunuz bu Portekizdeki tüm otellerde var sanırım Portoda da böyleydi.
Giriş saatinden erken varmama rağmen oda hazırdı bu benim için çok iyi oldu. Çıkış yaparken de valizlerimi birkaç saatliğine bıraktım her türlü yardımcı oldular çok memnun kaldım. Lizbona tekrar gitsem kesinlikle aynı yerde kalırım.

Cons:

Girişte bir miktar kapora alıp çıkışta oda kontrolü yapıldıktan sonra iade ediyorlar sorun yaşamadım ama kapora alınması biraz tedirgin edebiliyor

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 nuits au sein de l'hôtel Luena. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné.
La chambre était très propre et spacieuse, et le petit déjeuner de qualité.
La situation géographique permet d'accéder facilement au centre de Lisbonne par le métro ligne verte.
Rien à redire je conseille !

Pros:

Personnel sympathique à l’accueil, disponible pour les questions des touristes :)
Petit déjeuner OK

Cons:

Check out : on ne me demande pas si j’ai consommé du minibar (excessivement cher au passage), on demande à vérifier avant de rendre ma caution. J’ai trouvé l’approche irrespectueuse vis-à-vis des clients.
