Insgesamt hat das Hotel dem Beschrieb entsprochen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, kundenorientiertes Personal und schöne Zimmer. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Blick auf Hinterhof, war ein Blick in einen kleinen dunklen Schacht. Mein Wunsch auf ein anderes Zimmer wurde umgehend geprüft und ich konnte problemlos gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das Zimmer wechseln.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt.

L'accueil très sympa , bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Attention l'hôtel n'as pas de parking comme indiqué mais à un contrat avec un parking à 10min à pied .

Lisbon's little gem
Pros:

List quaint little hotel is a gem in central Lisbon. Very clean, well maintained, and staffed with the friendliest and most helpful people you'll ever meet! Most things you might need are available within walking distance including transportation and dining. Our room (406) sheltered us from street noise.

If you traveling from the USA, here's a hint: be sure to bring your power adapter as the power outlets in the room are all European style!

Pratique et propre mais un peu trop petit pour 4 adultes et leurs bagages.
Pros:

L’accueil et les commodités.

Cons:

La chambre était très petite. Difficile de gérer 4 valises à ouvrir.

Pros:

Außergewöhnlich freundliches, liebes und hilfsbereites Personal (danke!), sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und das Hotel ist nahe an der Metrostation gelegen. Ein Parkplatz für den Mietwagen wurde über das Hotel vermittelt, was sehr praktisch war.

Cons:

Das Fenster ging nicht nach außen, sondern zum Lüftungsschacht.

Pros:

People were so helpful and welcoming. We needed rest and comfort and we got it. The location was great.

Le personnel et le fait que les personnes soient présentes 24h/24h. Mon fils avait son anniversaire pendant notre séjour et il y avait un lit dans la chambre avec une petite surprise.

Cons:

Les chambres au calme s’est bien mais les fenêtres sont étriquées et donnaient sur un gros tuyau donc pas de vue sur l’extérieur. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe !

Pros:

Schönes kleines und gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal in der Stadt mit unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro (200m) und Bus direkt vor der Haustür. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung mit hervorragenden Kaffee. Zimmer und das Doppelbett etwas klein, aber auf Grund der baulichen Beschaffenheit sicher nicht anders möglich. Meine volle Empfehlung für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Doppelbett etwas zu klein, zumindest in unserem Zimmer.
