Pros:

Bom pequeno-almoço e, apesar de não haver estacionamento, foi possível encontrar lugar numa rua perto.

Cons:

Colchão confortável, mas a cama fazia bastante barulho ao mínimo movimento, o que acabou por incomodar.
Além disso, o isolamento acústico não é o melhor, sendo possível ouvir facilmente o ruído dos corredores.

Gostei. Cumpre com o esperado.
Pros:

O hotel está bem decorado e moderno, os quartos e casa de banho são espaçosos e é de destacar a ótima localização.

Cons:

O quarto não tem praticamente arrumação nenhuma, o que considero um ponto bastante negativo. O pequeno almoço poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade e sentimos falta de reposição de algumas coisas.

A hotel to avoid at all costs
Pros:

We have been staying there 4 nights every May or June since 2016 except for Covid years while attending a trade fair, but the quality and service and employees seems every year to get worse….

Cons:

There has been a cold spell with night time temperatures down to 10° and they refuse to turn the heating back on….I thought I was renting a room, not a refrigerator…. The night time staff either flat out lied about turning heat on, or came up with all kinds of squirrelly excuses not to, every night it was a repeated phone calls to front desk battle, only some of which won. Reception was flat out rude, indifferent, and quarrelsome— NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHERE PROFIT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN COMFORT OF CLIENTS

Dormimos espectacularmente y desayunamos super rico. El spa nos ayudo a relajar y Guimaraes nos encanto. En general, muy grata la experiencia.
