The staff was nice and smiling..
Unfortunately I cannot say too much good about the hotel.. we stay in 2 rooms next to each other... found a few cockroaches in both. Both bathrooms had problems: one of the leaking the toilet very bad smell and pee slowly runing. But worst the showers.... both very moldy, but the worst cannot really take shower because the mixing valve not worked and any body took shower it was too hot or to cold no between. The staff were nice and smiling but we didn't get anything for the troubles.. the breakfast so-so it was wild range of food but not so good compared to other Indonesian hotels.. not recommended.

Room service food was so oily, tv was not working when check-in, toilet cant be flushes. Asked for room to be open next to each other but still locked.

The location, cleanliness and the staff are friendly.
The bath towel need to be replaced with the new one. The water flow on the shower not strong enough.
