Amazing staff, great location.
Pros:

Fantastic staff, very helpful and considerate when we stayed for a week whilst my partner recovered from a back injury. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaners went out of their way to make sure he was looked after.

Pros:

clean comfortable bed and bathroom, friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms a little smaller than expected given it was advertised as self contained. Although there was a stove top I was expecting microwave and larger fridge.

Inner city comfort
Pros:

The staff were very kind, especially Angy - I came to the hotel injured, Angy made my stay very comfortable. Close to the city centre with bus stops outside the front door

Bed very uncomfortable. Location great and staff pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The queen size bed was two beds pushed together.
At different heights and made for a massive hard lump in the middle of the bed.
I informed staff and housekeeping put a Donna under the sheet in attempt to improve comfort. Unfortunately it made little difference.

Dusty, loud and king bed was two smaller beds. I also had no hot water for 4/6 days I stayed.

Another great stay at the Quest
Pros:

Once again I had a great stay at Quest East Perth. Such great location, with public transport right outside the Hotel. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, And I love the pillows. The staff are so friendly and super helpful. As I travel a lot and stay at the Quest frequently, at is a great comfort to know the great stay that awaits me. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for money and a wonderful place to stay to see Perth
Pros:

Wonderful staff, exceptionally clean (even by two one year old getting into and under everything standards), easy walk to free public transport, very quiet and well appointed.

Disappointing
Pros:

Small but well equipped studio with very comfortable bed

Cons:

Our room was opposite the fire door and the wind whistled very noisily all night making sleep difficult.
We were also checked into our room only to find someone else already in that room which was a surprise to everyone and a huge safety and security issue.
