The site advertises Parking on the street, it is minimal availability and requires payment . The paid carparking building is a 10 minutes walk in the dark , not safe and unsatisfactory carrying luggage .

Quest mounts bay studio apartment review
Pros:

Location, accessibility, Jacobs ladder proximity, parking for visitors is such a hustle, all appliances worked well

Cons:

Refills not done over the stay period, this, tissue paper, bath mat, tea bags, bathroom fan not functioning as it should hence moist on the mirror and shower head was quite noisy.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff Service
Pros:

I stayed at Quest Mounts Bay Road during my solo trip to Perth and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well suited for a longer stay, with useful kitchen facilities and a convenient location.

Kings Park is nearby, making it easy to reach elevated viewpoints with beautiful views of the city in a relatively short time. This was especially convenient during my stay.

The staff were also excellent. My email enquiries were answered promptly and helpfully. In addition, one of the male staff members at the front desk was particularly kind. He used a translation app on his smartphone to explain the late check-out details to me in Japanese. On the afternoon of 30 May, he also looked after my luggage with a warm smile.
His thoughtful and courteous service made a very positive impression on me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Great business base
Pros:

Mr BG travelled to Perth for a conference for 3 days. We booked the Quest Mounts Bay Road in Perth for 4 nights, staying in an Executive studio king. The room is only 29m2 but more than adequate for a solo traveller or couple.

We chose the property based on its proximity to the convention centre (10 minute walk) and a 20 minute drive from the airport.

The room was self-contained and offered tea coffee facilities, Cooktop, oven, toaster, sandwich press, microwave and full size fridge.

Short autumn days compared to Brisbane and the 2 hour time difference Mr BG was still on his body clock and waking between 3 and 5am. Long days exhibiting at the conference he loved the opportunity to do Jacobs ladder (2 minutes walk) and the onsite gym.

The soundproofing was appreciated but the light from the hallway under the door was annoying.

Good sized workstation and the room had plenty of power points

The bathroom was well laid out, with plenty of storage in the shower and large full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The vanity could have used a couple of little shelves to keep the area organised.
