Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

We booked this hotel before covid struck and got cancelled. So rebooked for June 2026. Fantastic choice. Hotel is right next to the lake, train station and a short walk into town. Hotel staff were wonderful and cheery every time we saw them. The breakfast was great to help start a day of exploring the lake or further afield with the guest mobility pass. Free travel throughout the whole of Salzburg. We got back today ( Saturday 20th June) and would love to be back there soon. Great hotel, lovely people running the hotel. Fantastic.

A good hotel in a great location :)
Pros:

Excellent location close to the station and to the centre.
Our room was comfortable and had a great view over the lake.
A good breakfast is provided m.

Cons:

We would have liked to have the restaurant serving dinner and option of half board

Gemütlich, zentral gelegen, schöner Bick, leckeres Frühstück & Parkplatz
Pros:

Gemütliches Hotel; MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich, Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber, wunderschöner Blick auf den See, Frühstück war lecker.
Hatte Zimmer zum See und damit zur Bahnlinie - habe die Züge kaum whrgenommen (bei geschlossenem Fenster)

موقعه قريب جداً من السنتر ويطل عالبحيرة. الفطور لا بأس به.

Cons:

لا يوجد تكييف ولا يوجد مراوح في الحمام ، اثاث قديم . يوجد ازعاج القطار من امام الفندق . سقوط باب البلكونة علينا والحمد لله لم نصب بأذى سوى بعض الرضوض( مرفق صورة).

الموقع فقط .

Cons:

مطل على سكة القطار و ازعاج شديد طوال الليل من صوت القطار القوي المزعج الذي يتسبب في ايقاظنا من النوم مع العلم ان القطار لايتوقف طوال اليوم .
الأمر الآخر عند وصولنا للفندق طلبنا منهم البطاقة الصيفية و اخبرونا انه لايوجد لديهم مع العلم انه يوجد رد منهم في اسئلة المسافرين بأنهم لديهم بطاقة صيفية . والرد لم يتم حذفه الى الآن مما يؤدي الى تضليل للعميل .

Frukosten var riktigt bra, parkeringen var bra, personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig

Cons:

Helt omöjligt att sova pga järnvägen som går 8m från sovrummet. Då det var 28grader varmt var balkongen tvungen att vara öppen då ventilation inte finns. Dessutom hade nog sängarna sett sina bästa år för 20 år sedan.

Really enjoyable stay, I highly recommend as a base to visit the surrounding area and would stay again.
Pros:

Location couldn’t be better. The view of the lakes and mountains from the balcony is exceptional. The walk into the centre of town takes minutes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and kindly posted a pair of jeans my wife left behind. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

This is minor but you can hear the trains go past the front of the hotel. The noise isn’t that bad though, it doesn’t happen all night and it’s worth putting up with for the view.
