Pros:

Distance between Bars (Aldstadt area) and Hotel is close. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Location aura is not kind of Munich. There was too much noise during the night and even nearly in the morning around 4-5 am. I did not sleep well but thats not the hotels fault. Between this date I found only this place as cheap.

Месторасположение очень удобное - 10 минут пешком до Карлсплатц и 15 минут пешком до авто вокзала, до жд вокзала минут 7

Cons:

Район жд вокзала не отличается особой чистотой и тишиной, что сначала немного расстроило. Но ночью на улице было тихо, шума практически не было и мы хорошо выспались

Pros:

Todo perfecto. Muy comodo. La ubicación es realmente muy buena. Muy amables y profesionales. La habitación - silenciosa. Al lado del hotel hay un bar donde sirven todo tipo de desayunos.

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Parkmöglichkeit im Hof (15 € pro Tag), gute Matratzen.

Cons:

Bad:
Armaturen, Spiegel... schon sehr abgenutzt, kein Abflussstopfen im Waschbecken, Silikonfuge in der Dusche müsste dringendst erneuert werden. Keine Steckdose für den vorhandenen Wasserkocher in Reichweite.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, lo staff simpatico e amichevole, la posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro, le camere grandi e pulite.
Comodo il garage sia coperto che scoperto.
Hotel consigliatissimo.

War ok.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber. Da war nur transport gegen Zahlung zum Flughafen (100 euro). Dusche ist kaputt.
Kein Gardinen. Kein Frühstück miglich.
