If it wasn’t for the construction outside of our room we would have given this a 10/10 rating

The pool, the location, and staff were all great. Walkable to everything around the main drag

Cons:

Our room had the window blocked with a concrete buggy/mixer and at 7am on the dot we were woken up by the construction starting with concrete saws and other loud machinery with zero heads up that was going on directly in front of our window. We did not plan on a jump scare to wake us on vacation, and our room was the same price as family members who were on the other side of the hotel with no construction and pool views. Ours should have been discounted since they didn’t even offer to move our room when I said something.

Pros:

Location was great, close to everything. Hotel was clean and had friendly staff.

Cons:

Golf carts needs servicing, they are 3x slower than the other carts on the island. Pricing of the rooms are very high and there are too many EXPENSIVE FEES.

No Lighting at night in parking lot or the front of hotel, no coffee machine in room, no facial tissues in room. Didn't know that there was construction going on.

Everything was screwed up from when we checked in. Our room had a view of the recent construction they are doing there, and I paid for a pool view balcony room .Came back to our room balcony door was wide opened, bugs came in through the door, as well as dirt and debris. came back another time and people where in our room, was told it was empty, but clearly our personal stuff was in the room, we felt that we had no privacy at all. curtain on door to balcony had something on the back of them, we were afraid to touch it.. they left a contractor in our room while we was not there, so they could paint a door frame on the balcony door.. this was unacceptable, we are very disappointed with the islander inn. Yet no compensation was offered at all.. will never be going back again .

Affordable, clean and fun!
Pros:

First time visiting PIB. Went on a girls trip. There were 5 of us. Islander Inn was very affordable. We all split one room. 2 queens and a rollaway. A little snug but we made it work. The service was fantastic throughout the whole process. Every time I called or texted with a question, I was answered almost immediately. Front desk, pool/bar and security staff were fun and helpful. The location is great as it is walking distance to all the good stuff. We did rent a golf cart one day right from the hotel and explored the island in its entirety without killing our feet. Would 100% stay at again. Great place

It sucked
Pros:

Horrible experience. Went for the pool and it was closed. The gift shop was closed. Room was ehh. We went for the “resort” and the resort wasn’t open. Bad time
