Somente a localização é boa, que fica ao lado do Mercado de Peixes e com acesso ao calçadão da praia com opções de restaurantes e boa segurança.

Note-se que estou falando apenas da UNIDADE 206. Não tem condições de uso. Muita sujeira em todos os cômodos, móveis quebrados, restos de documentos pessoais largados nas gavetas. Quando minha namorada chegou, ela veio em outro voo, ao entrar na habitação, vomitou. Tivemos que mudar o hotel imediatamente para outro na praia do futuro (fomos para o Gran Mareiro Hotel). Pedimos a devolução das diárias através do aplicativo do Booking que até agora não ocorreu. Faremos uma reclamação nos órgãos de defesa do consumidor competentes para devolução integral das diárias não utilizadas. Tivemos então que arcar com o custo do outro hotel e também com aluguel de carro que não era previsto.

Estou contestando o pagamento que fiz ,quero reembolso ,não chequei a me hospedar,só em ver sai do apartamento um total descaso

Flat Espetacular
Pros:

Flat excelente. Espaçoso, confortável, varanda com uma bela vista, muitos utensílios (eletrodomésticos e de cama/mesa/banho), seguro, bem localizado, limpo. Fomos em 5 pessoas e foi show. O local já tem a própria rede, a decoração é bem bonita. Água quente, shampoo, condicionador, secador.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado, às vezes, fazia um pequeno barulho. A cafeteira elétrica não funcionou.

Flat em Fortaleza
Pros:

No apartamento estão disponíveis vários eletrodomésticos que facilitam a estada. Desde liquidificador, microondas, máquina de lavar roupas até máquina para fazer gelo.
Tudo muito prático.
