Horrible. They had charged my card twice and lied that booking.com will give me a refund for the initial charges. I call

Do not stay at this hotel if you value your money and peace of mind. It’s a waste of time, dirty bathrooms and the workers lie. Especially the Front Staff Supervisor No 11. She has no empathy, she threw our stuff out at the reception and checked us out in our absence although we had traveled to another city and had an existing booking which we wanted to run in our absence because we had valuables in the room. We had booked till the end of our stay in Guangzhou and paid for all the days we stayed and wanted to pay the remaining booking for our final week stay before we travelled to the other city but we were told by the receptionist that they had a system challenge and it was ok for us to go and come back to pay the remaining balance during our final check out. Only to come back with all our stuff as loosely as we left some bundle together waiting for us at the reception. And the room had been sold! We had no room at 12am! Gladly we checked into Hilton Guangzhou and the rest of our stay was very beautiful and pleasant .

Cons:

They are not honest, it’s dirty, bathrooms stinks. And the management are aggressive after money. They don’t care about their customers. The Front Staff Supervisor told us she had the consent of her General Manager to do what she did. And she was laughing through it all with the other receptionists.
