This location is fine for most able bodied people. Just not great if you're disabled.
Cons:

My husband is disabled and walking from the parking area across the street to the service elevator on the side of the building while carrying our luggage was painful and difficult for both of us. According to the front desk lady, it's either the service elevator or the stairs. She was very nice by the way.

Excellent!
Pros:

The room was extremely large and accommodating.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had at a hotel.
The staff were excellent

Cons:

The parking lot had some large work trucks taking up several spaces, but we found street parking very close.

Absolutely amazing, 10/10!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself was charming and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the breakfast. There were so many delicious options to choose from each morning and everything was fresh and well prepared. I also loved how comfortable our room was. It was clean, cozy and made it easy to relax. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room spotless and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, I would definitely stay here again and recommend your hotel to others.

Don't bring a car.....
Cons:

The parking in Treasure Island was the worst I've ever been. Having to pay for parking for 2 hours and pay $40.00 was robbery and if you didn't make it on time ,you get fine another $40.00. We will never come back.

I loved the history and the architectural details that remain

Cons:

Reviews raved about the breakfast. I was nice but it was basically the same breakfast at the holiday inn. There was a lot of fresh cut fruit but the rest was as mentioned. I was a bit disappointed. I expected something special from a b and b.

Would stay again
Pros:

Its was convenient to the beach just a quick drive over the bridge. The room was spacious and couldn't hear any street noise or other room noise! Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was a bit challenging. If the lot is full.havw to street park and 2 areas were a bit dark for my personal liking. Would advise to give parking passes out to deter other none visitors from parking there. Also no hard boiled eggs for breakfast. These are all minor but only reason a 4 instead of a 5 star.

Excellent building, worth the stay, really good value for money and the staff are excellent.
Pros:

The rooms are super comfy. The hotel has this character but the age of the hotel is in its favour.

Cons:

The breakfast is ok. All clean and fully stocked but it lacks healthy eating big time.
