Great experience!
Pros:

The location if perfect - walking distance from Haeundae beach, Blue line park and multiple nice cafes and restaurants. The room was really big and there was plenty of tables etc. to put our stuff on. The view was nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and also had plenty of space to leave our stuff in it. I also liked that there were multiple places in the room where you could sit. Overall the room was clean, had everything we needed and the furniture wasn't run down - we enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Busan in the future.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was really loud.

Not great but not too bad
Pros:

Location was great and the coffee place next door is really great (their black sesame latte is the best we’ve had). Beds were comfortable enough.

Cons:

Staff was neutral at best, didn’t try the help us out of their way even when we had questions. I was awoken by the smell of trash at 6 in the morning, from outside the rooms. The blinds in the rooms are not opaque so light comes through the giant windows in the morning (which, to be fair, during the day are great). Cleaning service came one during our 4 nights stay.

Lautes Zimmer und viele „Regeln“, insgesamt aber solides Hotel am Strand
Pros:

Die Lage nah zum Strand war super. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer ebenfalls, sehr modern, außerdem waren die Putzkräfte extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider recht laut. Draußen auf einem Dach läuft irgendeine Maschine und die Fenster scheinen nicht besonders dicht zu sein.
Es werden nur kleine Gesichtshandtücher bereitgestellt. Größere bekommt man auf Nachfrage, etwas umständlich.
Frühere Check Ins kosten Geld, selbst wenn die Zimmer bereits fertig sind, also reine Geldmache. Wir waren zehn Minuten vor der Check-In Zeit wieder dort und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir entweder die Gebühr zahlen müssen oder warten müssen. Sehr kleinlich, der Check-In dauert schließlich auch einige Minuten.
Das Frühstück ist den Preis nicht wirklich wert, wir sind lieber zu den nahegelegenen Cafés gegangen (die klasse sind).

La habitación es grande y está muy cerca de la playa.

Cons:

Hay personal que habla poco inglés. La ubicación es buena para la playa y ocio, pero quizás no la más céntrica para hacer turismo de otras cosas, aunque sí es lo más cercano al templo más famoso.

部屋のキーを話さないと人数分をくれない。多分、面倒くさいからだと思うが基本的に温泉に入るのは別々になるので、初めから人数分のキーを渡して欲しい。
