El Hotel es impresentable, sinceramente! Están muy mal estado… Al menos donde me pusieron a mí en un pasillo hecho polvo
Cons:

Estaba todo sin pintar para subsanar por lo menos, en un estado decadente, digamos, por no decir otra cosa, con un poco de mugre, el suelo levantado y el pasillo en las condiciones que se ve en las fotos. Sin comentarios. La recepción sí está reformada y da un aspecto diferente de la realidad cuando te toca irte a tu habitación.

O estúdio era espaçoso, moderno e limpo. Estava bem equipado e era confortável.

Cons:

A vista do quarto era para as traseiras, sem nada de interessante.
Na recepção mostraram-se inflexíveis com o facto de eu ter de levar a minha bicicleta de competição para o Estúdio (que tinha escolhido especificamente por ter espaço para tal). Continuaram-me a dizer que estava nas normas, no entanto, não me conseguiram mostrar nenhum documento que referisse que era proibido. Ao tentar encontrar uma solução perguntando se tinham então lugar no estacionamento o carro (deixando a bicicleta segura lá dentro), disseram-me que o estacionamento estava completo. Apenas no momento em que disse que queria cancelar a reserva, pois não tinha condições para ficar, é que me disseram que afinal tinham lugar no parking. Enfim, uma situação lamentável, pois em nenhum alojamento tive algum dia problema em ficar com a bicicleta no quarto e sempre me facilitaram. Neste caso estava a viajar de carro com a bicicleta mas muitas vezes viajo em bicicleta e teria sido impossível ficar.

Buena ubicación. Le falta mantenimiento general. Mala insonorización.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de estación de metro y centro para ir andando.

Cons:

Le falta bastante mantenimiento y se escucha bastante a otros huéspedes. No tiene buena insonorización. Los secadores de pelo también podrían ser mejores.
