Great property, good location
Pros:

Great property in good location. Right next to train station and bus terminal and central to a walk to many sights. Very nice staff and service.

Ripping of customers Collection Piazza cinguecento Roma
Pros:

Nice hotellä.However they ripped me off when I redeemed my D$ dollars.At the front desk the informed me that I would take approx 30 Days before I was going to be credited.After 45 days nothing has been refunded.After several mails to Minor hotels the last mail stated that the hotel did not recall my redeem.This i nothing but robbing me as a customer and also not a way a serious hotel will act.So beware of the fake reedem process.Alsobss I have been a regular visitor both in Rome and I Torino.Obsviously they do not care although I have spent thousands of Euro.

Loved the hotel. Amazing location. Beautiful hotel. The team is fantastic. They genuinely care and enjoy their profession. They made our vacation special - each and everyone... so thank you so much. Second time in NH ...not the last:):):)

We'd stay here anytime!
Pros:

We spent 3 nights here to begin a tour of Italy. Everything about this hotel was just marvelous.

The two things we insist on is cleanliness and quiet. The room was spotless and we didn't hear a peep from anything during our nights sleeping there.

All of the staff were marvelous. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had 3 terrific breakfasts there too and we'd stay again in a flash.

Fallaron en la limpieza un día.
