Buen hotel para estar a trabalho.

やっぱホリデイインやな~
Pros:

スタッフの方が笑顔で優しい。普通に英語でいけるし。ホリデイインはどこに行っても朝食がバリエーション豊富で満足できる。ロケーションは上海浦东国际机场から地下鉄で2時間かからないほど。最寄駅からは信号全部青でダッシュすれば40秒くらいなのでめちゃくちゃ便利でした。外灘や豫園までは1時間くらいかな。上海市内のホリデイインの中では値段も安い方やし、安定に部屋も綺麗なので神(　-`ω-)b

Amazing value
Pros:

I liked the excellent value for the amenities provided. The hotel was well presented, in a very good location for the metro, staff were friendly, the room facilities were good. We received clean towels every day, with complimentary bottles of water.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was hit and miss. Even if you went at opening time, some days the selection was great and others, almost nothing. The air conditioning was non existent. WiFi didn't work either. Small inconveniences but nothing major to me.

A horrible experience ruins my original delight in this hotel.
Pros:

In the past, this has been my favorite hotel in Shanghai. This last experience at this hotel has made it my least favorite place to stay anywhere in the world.

Cons:

I I was promised an upgrade to my room. But the room that I was given was the same as one I had booked in the past. There was no upgrade at all. I could live with that, although I did have to switch rooms because the original room had a tiny toilet in a closet and a separate shower area, but additionally I had extended my stay by one day, weeks and weeks before my booking and it was promised it had been added in already.. I arrived back at the hotel on my final day with some friends to the embarrassing situation of being locked out of my own room. It was indicated to me that I owed them for another night even though that night should have been put on the bill when I originally checked in. This was compounded by the lack of a good English-speaking staff at the front desk, I literally had to have a friend who is with me translate for me to have any kind of clarification of what was going on. This was embarrassing and uncomfortable for both myself and my guests and certainly should not have happened in an open public lobby.
