Old facility at good location
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

It's old age facility. The bathroom was smelling even though it appeared clean. The breakfast was just about ok.

Pros:

Central location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

In terms of cleanliness, the towels were of poor quality and the room needed a really good deep clean. Also, the location was random - the hotel occupied only part of the first floor of the building. There was noise from the street throughout the night.

지하1층에 위치해 있는데 그 점에 대한 설명이 전혀 없었고, 식사에 과일이 포함되어있지 않아 다소 아쉬웠음

Одно замечание: была очень жесткая подушка.
Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, множество кафе, магазинов, обмеников, метро, ТЦ

Cons:

В целом соотношение цены и качества отличное, придраться можно всегда. Но нам все было хорошо, двое парней на ресепшене 🤝🤝 быстро заселили, отвечали на все вопросы. Огромная им благодарность!

Остались очень приятные впечатления от пребывания в этом отеле. Особенно хочется отметить внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готовый помочь персонал — благодаря их заботе отдых был по-настоящему комфортным.

Сам отель очень уютный и стильный, с красивым оформлением интерьеров. Высокие потолки и большие окна создают ощущение простора и наполняют помещения светом. В номере было комфортно, все продумано для удобства гостей. Отдельно порадовал удобный жесткий матрас — спать было очень комфортно, а отдых получился полноценным.

Завтраки простые, но вкусные и сытные: всегда были крупы, яйца, свежие овощи, кофе. Такого набора вполне достаточно для отличного начала дня.

Спасибо всей команде отеля за теплый прием, уютную атмосферу и заботу о гостях. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и будем рады рекомендовать этот отель другим путешественникам.

Pros:

Location is perfect, in the city centre and near to many place of interest

Cons:

Many things.
The hotel is quite old and in need of restoration. I understand the difference between a vintage style and a property that simply requires renovation.
Everything in the room showed signs of wear and tear and had visible chips and damage.
As for the breakfast, I can hardly say anything positive about it. Although it was included, unfortunately, it was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

Highly recommended place to stay if you are in new Tbilisi
Pros:

Location is exceptional - right on the Rustavelli avenue and close to ample number of cafes & restaurants. An underpass was almost opposite to the hotel entrance - very convenient for crossing the road. Bus stop was just in front and the Rustavelli Avenue Metro was not too far. Both Liberty Square and Rose Revolution Square were at a walking distance.
Room - was spacious, comfortable beds, proper bathroom with hot water facilities, large windows for ample sunlight and street view.
They provide you unlimited tea/coffee and water bottles - a huge added plus.
The property has a vintage look - itself very enjoyable.

Cons:

Not a dislike - but finding the reception is bit tough
