Pros:

Les hôteliers étaient très arrangeants et sympathiques, l'hôtel est très bien situé pour tout faire à pieds. La chambre était grande et confortable, tout était propre. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est très joli.

Cons:

Il y avait une immense baignoire mais pas de bouchon, l'hôtelier n'a pas pu m'en fournir un. C'est dommage avec une si grande baignoire.

good location but must focus on cleanliness
Pros:

It was a good location, though the Rrustaveli road was being dug up and it was hard to reach. Staff let us access bedrooms early, which was kind.

Cons:

The rooms really needed to be better cleaned. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the carpet, which gave a sense of griminess

Really nice hotel in front of the Opera and ballet theatre
Pros:

Really nice hotel in front of the Opera and ballet theatre. We had a beautiful 2-level room with old and reach surroundings.
Hospitality staff met us almost at night without any troubles.
I'm pretty upset that we had only one night in there due to travel plan. In a different case I would prefer stay in there for some nights and have some walks around Tbilisi.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rustaveli in Tbilisi.

The hotel has a lovely vintage charm and a very special atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. The staff were absolutely wonderful – always friendly, polite and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed.

The location is excellent, right on Rustaveli Avenue, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby and many of Tbilisi’s main sights within easy reach.

We felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for your warm hospitality. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Tbilisi and would certainly recommend the hotel to others.

Pros:

The location couldn't get better. Its on the popular Rustaveli street. A go to place if you are in Tblisi. However the street is undergoing a major repair work which may cause a slight delay in securing a cab. There was a major disruption of water during our stay. Luka the hotel manager and Saba the reception manager immediately stepped in to secure a water truck and ensure the guests had water. I really have to appreciate this.

Cons:

The rooms need more cleaning. There is visible dust in places. I would deeply suggest that each room gets its kettle and cups which needs to be standard.

Ottima colazione. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Reception 24 ore su 24.

Cons:

Ero in una camera vicino alla reception e mi dava un po’ fastidio sentire la musica di sottofondo della reception che continuava ad andare nelle ore notturne. Il personale, molto disponibile, ha provveduto a risolvere il problema spegnendo la musica nelle ore notturne.
