Worth for the price paid.
Pros:

Location is within walking distance to Parade mall and Dataran Pahlawan.

Cons:

The mattress may be bit a little bit discomfort, but overall experience was superb.

Enjoy the stay & location. So accessible if you are travelling by coach or car.
Pros:

If you are looking for a hotel which has strategic location to eateries, shopping malls, places of interest , clean, comfortable, near to bus bay, easy parking & value for money, I recommend this place.

Even though it’s a budget hotel but it is clean & very comfortable.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a kettle & hair dryer in the room.
I opted for a triple room but didn’t know it has no window.
But that’s a small issue because we only back to hotel for a good night rest.

Pros:

the location is very great near with the convenience store like 7eleven and kedai mamak for sure and laundry too

Cons:

dont have toiletries like brushteeth, but all still good

Pros:

It was prominently located and signboard displayed. Just 2 streets away from Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan. Less than 10mins walk. The hotel staff, I presumably were the owners themselves, were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

For a hotel this affordable, nothing to dislike.
