Pros:

Very nice space with a 5 minute walk from the main reception to the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful!

Séjour parfait en famille avec des enfants
Pros:

Son emplacement, sa surface, les équipements, le menage fait tous les 3 jours, le réponse rapide aux messages et WhatsApp, l’accès immédiat à la plage et à la ville, la proximité des restaurants de plage qui en deviennent votre cantine.

Cons:

La réception ferme à 16h c’est un peu tôt si on a besoin de quelque chose.

The beach on your doorstep, literally.
Pros:

The most amazing thing is that the beach was at your doorstep, literally. Through the back door.
We've had the top floor penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, one of them was an ensuit, and an other 2 bathrooms. The lounge and a kitchen open plan, really good size. And on the roof, there is a terrace, plus there's a terrace opening from the lounge/kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and dining equipment. There's a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine (no coffee, though), and a sandwich maker. There was complimentary water and milk in the fridge. There's salt and sugar, too.

The apartment was really clean, the whole house was clean. Next door alongside the beach, there are restaurants, but the town centre is actually just outside the front door, with local corner shops and more restaurants, souvenir shops, and small marketplaces.

The beds are comfortable, all the bathrooms are good size and spacious, and the shower has good pressure. Bidets are in all 3 bathrooms, too.

There are air-conditioners in all bedrooms and in the lounge, too.

There is a security guard every night in the building. Not that you need it, I think. It feels really safe in Santa Maria.

I have uploaded a photo which was taken at the front door, looking through the house and the back door. This shows that the beach is literally on your backdoor step.

Cons:

The apartment has two floors. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom were on the top floor. All the steps and words, the tiniest noises can be heard, from the top floor in the bedroom underneath.
It was uncomfortable and could have been embarrassing.

There is NO noise whatsoever coming from the other apartments, though.

Stay away
Pros:

The beach wiew from two penthouse apartments. In the centrum off town

Cons:

Hard uncomfortabel beds, witch gave me and my friends back problems. Only one towel for hands and one for shower for 3 days stay. No cleaning before fourth night. No elevator. Wearn out apartments. No value for the price per night. When checking out, i was told they would withdraw money from my card, to cover 2 glass missing. Like accusing me for stealing. They also took pictures, off two small stain on one towel and one sheet, that i had to pay for.

Tökéletes szálláshely Santa Maria városában.
Pros:

A szállás központi elhelyezkedése tetszett a legjobban. A strand, és jó éttermek mellett. A város
központ is csak pár perc sétára található.

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Santa Maria , tout se fait à pied.
Pros:

Un réveil le matin aux sons des vagues et de la mer bleue turquoise. Un régal !!! Merci à Flora et Antonio pour l’accueil réservé et cette délicate attention le premier jour avec bouteille de jus et eau .

Ubicación y vistas espectaculares, pero falta de transparencia en los pagos
Pros:

Aspectos positivos: la ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, a pocos metros de la playa y muy cerca de la calle principal con bares, restaurantes, tiendas y ambiente. Las vistas desde la habitación eran espectaculares, las camas cómodas y el apartamento amplio, luminoso y agradable. La terraza privada con vistas al mar fue uno de los mayores atractivos de la estancia. Además, cuenta con un rooftop muy bonito, aunque apenas lo utilizamos porque la terraza de la habitación era aún mejor.

Cons:

Aspectos negativos: la experiencia quedó seriamente empañada por una práctica que considero inaceptable. Al llegar nos informaron de una comisión de aproximadamente un 3% por pagar con tarjeta, un cargo que no aparecía ni durante el proceso de reserva ni en el anuncio de Booking. En una estancia de importe elevado, esto supone una cantidad considerable y no es aceptable descubrirlo únicamente una vez en el alojamiento, cuando ya no hay margen real para tomar una decisión informada. Este tipo de costes debería indicarse de forma clara, visible y transparente antes de reservar. Tuvimos que buscar una alternativa y pagar en efectivo para evitar el recargo; de lo contrario, habríamos asumido un gasto inesperado que nunca fue comunicado previamente. Además, la factura no se entregó de manera automática y tuvimos que pedirla expresamente. Aunque la ubicación,
las vistas y la comodidad son excelentes, la falta de transparencia en cuestiones económicas básicas genera una sensación de desconfianza y deja una impresión final claramente negativa.

Para repetir!
Pros:

Localização excelente junto à principal avenida e centro de Santa Maria. O alojamento, propriamente dito dá-nos a possibilidade de saída da casa diretamente para a praia. Com uma excelente varanda que nos permite contemplar a praia e o mar.

Cons:

Não temos nada a apontar.
