From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Nearby Medini Mall and Legoland Park and Hotel
The toilet flushing system was slow.
Water droplets from the shower head above kept dripping even after the tap was turn off.
Location - Jus across Legolang and Mall of Medini.
Parking - Was easy to find and lots of parking space.
Food - Lots of food options at the mall.
Grocery - Supermarket at Mall of Medini and 7-11 at the hotel area.
Easy Access - Easy to locate driving there
Staff - Were friendly and helpful
Rooms - Clean and good. Booked the 1 bedroom premier. Theres a kitchenette in the room.
View was amazing on the 30th floor.
Breakfast - Breakfast option is limited but good enough to filled you up before you go out and explore.
Very modern and clean.. loved the lobby/reception area.
One of the rooms had a very bad constant drainage smell from washroom

Superb location, large rooms and top notch fittings. The hotel is well maintained with friendkt friendly staff.
A bit pricey and the breakfast options were simple. The parking is limited and not free.
It is near the Legoland, the rooms are clean and staffs are pleasant.
It is far from KL like 3-5hrs travel as it is situated in Johor Bahru.
The room was super clean, although equipment has started to get old. I cant use netflix on the TV
Breakfast was sad and lousy. To Honest, it was very disappointing.

The experience I've had during my stay at this hotel.
1. The air conditioner is not functioning - I need to wait for the technician to repair
2. Bathtub drainage
3. The room telephone was not working - I need to go to reception desk to complaint/feedback the issue I faced.
4. Unable to open the door using an access card and need to wait for a technician.
The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to LEGOLAND and Mall of Medini to get F&B and also grocery.
I was disappointed with the room facilities. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and did not produce cool air, making the room uncomfortable, especially at night. In addition, the shower water pressure was extremely low, which made showering inconvenient and frustrating.

The property is clean. Not sure is it due to low occupancy because did not find the housekeeping is consistent eg toilet roll just left with half a roll and shower gel is not filled but the whole unit is very clean. If the quality of housekeeping is good, the above mentioned should not happen.
The front desk staff members are poorly trained. When i approached one of their lady staff members (Ms Hana), she was using her mobile phone. Instead of putting down her phone, she continued using her phone for another minute or so. She could have acknowledged me by eye contact or gestures but she ignored me completely.
We arrived around 5:15pm and upon checking in, we were told that our room was not ready !!! The check in time is 3pm. I was told that the room needed a final check ???
