Pros:

The TV programmes were high quality and the mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

I had to go to the toilet an hour after breakfast. Something wasn't fresh.

Double charged and unhappy
Pros:

Property is near Legoland but not shaded so still a bit of a walk especially if traveller has stroller.

Cons:

Property double charged my stay and as of writing still has not addressed my concern even though I have raised it before my check out. Property charged guest prior to my check out without informing me and giving me a chance to explain that it’s already paid for. Extra hassle trying to get a refund and not responsive to an overseas guest

overall it was a good stay except the check in due to the front counter staff.
Pros:

If they can pull up their standard to the Somerset name, which I doubt, then consider staying there. Otherwise AVOID.
Pros:

The only good thing about the property was the peace and quiet of the locality and the close proximity to Legoland for family with kids. Nothing else.

Cons:

It was in such bad shape. I had stayed in the Somerset Puteri harbour in 2015 and that place was gorgeous. I booked thinking it’s the same place. It was terrible, from the gloomy exterior to the black marks on the walls in the rooms to the cracked wood, it was horrible.
