From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Staff tells us the Parking Basement is RM5 for 2Day1Night .We also give Touch and Go to verify .But still have charge every in and out parking .Ask to do refund they ask for video .End up cannot get the refund .
Some staff is helpful. Manager have to improve.

The Aircond was not cooling enough.

Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend Somerset to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would happily return again!
Location to Legoland is perfect. Room size if very good for family. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and we really like the size. We have 4 adults and 1 toddler. Space and location are the best for this property. A/C, water pressure and lighting are all decent.
The interior and amenities are old and dated. In room phone was spoiled.
Walls are plastered with temporary fix such as silicon and some fixtures were so old that it feels like it will break if I exert some force. Rubbish bin are too small in the bathroom. Towels are clean but feels like they are at the end of the lifespan as it has started to fray and scratchy.

Going down towards parking area - the curve coming down to the parking area is kinda narrow.
