Cons:

Jak na hotel 4-gwiazdkowy według Google to pokój był kiepski. Wyposażony w stare i obite meble, ściany popękane. Jednak najgorsze było śniadanie. Podczas meldowania się, recepcjonistka przekazała nam, że śniadanie jest od godziny 8-10. Na śniadaniu zauważyliśmy, że w informacji są podane godziny od 8-9:30. Na śniadanie zeszliśmy na godzinę 9:20 i już nic z śniadania do wyboru nie było. Resztki jajecznicy, resztki szynki i sera. Nie było już pomidorów, ogórków czy innych warzyw. Wyschnięte ostatki. Croissantów i innych drożdżówek na słodko także nie było- gdy spytałam kelnera czy można donieść to powiedział że sprawdzi na kuchni po czym zniknął bez odpowiedzi. DRAMAT! Express do kawy nie działał i kelner tylko przekazał tą informację po czym odszedł. Nie zaproponował kawy z innego expressu! Za takie pieniądze to dramat ! Nie polecam!

Pobyt bol veľmi fajn, ubytovanie pohodlné, jedlo celkom chutné a wellness s bazénom ako naozaj príjemný bonus.

Cons:

Nepáčil sa nám zaprášený radiátor v kúpeľni, pretože po wellnesse sme mali mokré plavky a tie sme mohli sušiť až po vyutieraní každého "rebra". Tiež by sme hosťom asi neponúkali potrhané osušky (niektoré boli fajn, iným trčali dlhé vlákna zo všetkých strán). Polpenzia bola chuťovo fajn, ale ponuka na večeru by mala byť pestrejšia v zmysle výberu, nie trikrát zemiaky a tiež nie je vhodné servírovať jedlo, ktoré je takmer studené. Podlaha vo wellnesse chce úpravu - nemôže tam stáť voda ako v bazéne. Tiež by nemuseli rekonštrukcie izieb prebiehať v nedeľu doobeda... Ide možno o maličkosti, ale za takú cenu (550€/4 os./2 noci) by to chcelo naozaj dotiahnuť. Držím hotelu palce.

Ochotný personál, dobré jídlo, všude čisto. Během naší návštěvy probíhaly nějaké opravy, ale nerušily/neomezovaly nás. Mile nás překvapilo muzeum TANAPu hned vedle. Celkově spokojenost.

Cons:

Drobné vady v koupelně (kapající sifon, sprchovací hlavice by také potřebovala vyměnit), dosti úzká parkovací místa. Nefungovala infrasauna - nám nevadilo.
