Localização atendeu.

Cons:

Antes da estadia precisei fazer alteração na reserva mas o hotel jogava responsabilidade para o Booking e o Booking para o Hotel.

Durante a estadia me trocaram de quarto sem minha solicitação.

Quarto com formigas.. Na janela do banheiro tinha teias de aranha de muito tempo.

Péssima organização do setor administrativo e operacional.

Cancelamento da reserva no momento do check-in por falta de apartamento. Uma falta de responsabilidade do hotel, no qual, o mesmo relatou ser problema do aplicativo Booking.com, pessímo atendimento e além da taxa da reserva, estão tentando me cobrar a estadia no cartão.
