Convenient location for our travel plans
1) Advertised amenities (sauna, hot tub) not available.
Under repair? We booked the hotel because of the amenities!! Wanted to relax after a long car ride.
2) Noisy party until 4:00 a.m. permitted by the hotel.
Due to the defect, unavailable amenities and the disturbing noise during the night we (all 8 of us) did not want to stay the second night we had booked through Bookings.com. We contacted Bookings.com per phone and were promised by the customer service that they would connect with the hotel to get the second night refunded. After several emails with Bookings.com, as well as taking with the hotel reception in person, we still have not seen the refund for one night. I am rather disappointed and frustrated, wondering if I made a good choice to reserve the hotel through Bookings.com. I can find other agencies, competitors on the internet!! I definitely will not book this hotel again, and will my circle of friends advise NOT to do business with that hotel.
Hotel wygląda jakby dni świetności miał dawno za sobą, widać, że remonty nie są przeprowadzane na czas, pokój o niskim standardzie, ściany brudne, linki od rolet pourywane, łazienka niedoczyszczona i ogólne wrażenie niezadbania, śniadanie kiepskie. Ogólnie da sie przespać noc, ale cena nieadekwatna do jakości.

Nie było takiej rzeczy przy standardzie ekonomicznym. Chociaż cena mogłaby być niższa.

Restauracja śniadania ok, na zamówienie burger tragedia...zostawiłem
Wybrałam ten hotel głównie ze względu na saunę, która była wliczona w cenę pokoju. Po przyjeździe okazało się jednak, że „akurat” jest zepsuta i nie można z niej korzystać. Mimo niedostępności usługi cena pokoju nie została w żaden sposób obniżona.
Dodatkowo warto porównać ceny przed rezerwacją – oferta na Booking była droższa niż cena oferowana bezpośrednio przez hotel.
