La ubicación es muy buena
El terrible olor a humedad que hay en todos los cuartos y pisos del hotel es terrible. Algo que conoce el hotel muy bien porque tiene humidificadores instalados permanentes en los pasillos de las habitaciones, pero simplemente no es suficiente.
Ya son varias veces que me he quedado y el problema continúa sin solución alguna.
Definitivamente eso ocasiona que no se pueda estar, dormir o compartir bien porque hasta la ropa sale con ese olor.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on June 5 and 6. Considering that it is regarded as one of the best hotels in Barranquilla, our experience was disappointing.
I want to clarify that this review is not directed at the front desk employee, who was very kind and professional. The issue lies with management and staffing decisions.
It was a holiday weekend, yet there was only one person handling check-ins at the front desk, resulting in very long wait times. The restaurant faced a similar problem, with only two staff members serving guests and significant delays in taking and delivering orders.
The air conditioning in our room was also inadequate. Given Barranquilla's warm climate, the room never became cool enough, and guests had no way to adjust the temperature.
The worst part of our stay was the check-out process. I only needed to return the room key, yet I had to wait 45 minutes because there was only one person at the front desk and six people ahead of me.
A hotel of this category should be better prepared, especially during a long holiday weekend when higher occupancy is expected. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
El personal en el restaurante siempre fue muy atento y servicial y la comida deliciosa
El internet no era bueno y viajaba por negocios, asi que no es funcional y no es común que si quieres un buen internet en un hotel debas pagarlo, es como pagar extra si quiere luz en la noche o solo ciertas horas.
tuve problemas con mi tarjeta y tuve que insistir en apoyo para poder bajar de mi piso, nadie fue para ayudarme .
el aseo no era el mejor en la habitación ni en el baño, se veia sucio el tapete y habian articulos en el suelo que no estarían si haces la limpieza correctamente.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue realmente decepcionante. Considero que el precio es excesivamente alto para la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones que ofrecen. Desde el momento de la llegada, la atención fue pésima: nunca brindaron información básica como los horarios del desayuno ni indicaciones claras sobre los servicios del hotel.
La habitación que me asignaron estaba en muy malas condiciones. El escritorio prácticamente se caía, lo que refleja una evidente falta de mantenimiento. Además, me ubicaron en una de las peores zonas del hotel, teniendo que pasar constantemente por la cocina y el área administrativa, lo que generaba incomodidad y ruido permanente.
Durante la madrugada fue imposible descansar debido al ruido de otros huéspedes y a la falta de control por parte del hotel. Definitivamente no corresponde a la categoría ni al costo que cobran.
Lo único rescatable de la experiencia fue la atención del personal encargado del desayuno, quienes sí fueron amables y atentos.
