Cons:

Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Wir waren noch nie in so einem schlechten Hotel. Im Zimmer hat es ganz übel gerochen. Es waren kleine krabbeltiere im Zimmer. Vom Frühstücksbuffett wollen wir nicht anfangen. Wir sind wirklich nicht verwöhnt aber das ging überhaupt nicht. Um zum Wellnessbereich Zutritt zu bekommen mussten wir nochmal 21 euro extra zahlen. Was im grunde nicht schlimm wäre wenn der Pool sauber gewesen wäre und von den 4 saunen alle gegangen wären. Leider ging nur eine. Bei den Kneipbecken war der Sitz locker so das ich unten aufgesessen bin. Die Treppe zum wirpool war durchgetretten und ich hatte angst stecken zu bleiben. Die liegen waren durchgelegen. In der Toilette ging das Licht nicht mehr so wie bei den Duschen auch nur 1. Bei der anderen hatte ich den Griff in der Hand.

So hab ich mir das alles nicht vorgestellt. Die angegebene Beachbar war zu. Der Herr an der Rezeption kam mit Badelatschen auf uns zu nachdem wir erst nicht ins hotel rein gekommen sind. Im ganzen war das Personal auch sehr unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen

A hotel I would not recommend
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The hotel is very old and the concrete is noisy when you step on it, the shower is so small that you couldn't take a shower, there is no light in the bathroom, full of insects in the rooms.

Very small breakfast, there wasn't even a hard-boiled egg, the staff at breakfast was not pleasant.

Месторасположение хорошее, озеро красивое, персонал ок. Кровати и подушки отличные, вид из 301 номера на озеро очень красивый. Обстановка в коридорах и номере выцветшая имперская, но на стенах повешены в слегка хаотичном порядке картины, некоторые из них радуют глаз.
Вообще отель старо-имперский, на любителя.

Cons:

Ужин у ресторане нужно было предварительно заказывать, персонал с ресепшена нужно было звать звоночком, за стойкой никогда особо никого не было. Сливы в раковине и ванне забиты. Неудобно что в отеле нет лифта. Сам отель старый, старый имперский дух витает в нем. Для краткосрочного пребывания ок. Денег своих не стоит, в следующий раз сюда точно не поедем.

Good location but gloomy and dim
Pros:

It is clean, the staff is friendly, there is a small pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

When I arrived there were hardly any guests at the hotel. The receptionist did not speak English. To reach the rooms one need to walk though very dim corridors, and also the room is hardly lit. The whole atmosphere is gloomy. To reach the small pool I used the flashlight from my phone.

hotel byl hezký, jen mi trochu vadil zápach, nebylo to zrovna levné a myslim, ze cena neodpovídala kvalitě. Asi bych se uz nevrátila, ale zase na druhou stranu, dobrá poloha a personal milý

Za wellness požadoval pan recepční 500Kc, protože byl hotel rezervován přes Booking a zdarma bylo pouze pro hosty, kteří rezervovali přímo. Už tak pobyt nebyl levný 2600 za noc. Snídaně normální, ve 4* bych očekávala bezlepkové potraviny. Jinak hotel tomuto hodnocení neodpovídá. Rozbitá sprcha v koupelně.
