Pros:

Prostředí je překrásné, nenašel jsem žádný nedostatek. všechno klapalo podle instrukcí. Parkování před hotelem, příjezd byl bez problémů

Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend (Standard), wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Zimmer, Bad und gesamtes
Hotel sehr sauber.

Cons:

Trotz Bestellung wurden wir am 3.Tag beim Abendessen abgewiesen, wegen einer Firmenfeier. Man hätte uns vorher informieren können.

Insgesamt vieles. Hotel war enttäuschend. Vieles veraltet. Balkon.. Terrasse nicht nutzbar weil Nachbar Zimmer Fenster zu unserem Balkon hatte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 149 Euro gebucht über booking und mussten den Spa - Pool Bereich extra für sage und schreibe 21 Euro pro Person zuzahlen. Man hätte über das Hotel selbst ein Paket buchen sollen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Frühstück war unterste Schublade. Vieles war eine Stunde vor Ende vergriffen. Brötchen, Butter ect.
Keine eingedeckten Tische. Man fühlte sich als würde man stören. Geschmeckt hat eigentlich nichts. Rührei wässrig. Marmelade in Plastik Verpackung ungenießbar... ein Klumpen eingetrocknetes Gelee... hellhörige Zimmer, Schwelle zum Bad gefährlich locker. Der Pool unten ohne Geländer und sehr rutschig Und das war ein vier Sterne Hotel. Nie wieder... Sind heute weiter in ein anderes Hotel gefahren... Hier super...

Jídla byl menší vývěr, ale bylo kvalitní a bylo ho dost. Prostředí pěkné i přes malé nedostatky. Pěkný retro hotel.

Cons:

Nelíbilo se mě, že v nabídce je výhled na jezero, ale už se nikde nepíše, že je to přes borovicový les. Dál je v nabídce, že je k dispozici Wellness s bazénem, ale pro koupi přes Booking se vstup do něj platí zvlášť (ano, paní recepční nás upozornila, že kdybych se podívala na stránky, tak to tam je, ale Booking na nic neupozornil !). Voda ze sprchy tekla pouze když se ostatní nekoupali, asi to bylo tím, že jsme byli až ve 3.patře.

dobrá lokalita, klid, pohodlná postel, čisto, dobrá snídaně, klimatizace

jako že v celé republice už si vystačíte s eobčankou, s výjimkou tohoto hotelu..
pokud nemáte dopředu objednanou večeři, musíte se najíst jinde..
pokud máte rezervaci přes booking, musíte si wellness doplatit zvlášť, 1000 Kč za hodinu v bazénu se nám s manželkou zdálo hodně...
pohyblivé prkénko na záchodě a nefunkční ventilátor, na komfortu také nepřidají
čtyři patra bez výtahu, děkuji...

Krásný hotýlek jako. Obrazy, zařízení jako na zámku. Moc se nám tak líbilo.

Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charm, leider waren wir im Hotel die einzigen Gäste. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich war für uns nicht zugänglich ,da abgesperrt und wäre zuzahlungspflichtig gewesen. Das Hotel hat eine gemütlich aussehende Bar, die aber auch geschlossen war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und überreichlich, wenn man bedenkt dass es nur für zwei Personen war. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für tschechische Verhältnisse etwas zu hoch.

Cons:

Dass der Wellnessbereich nicht geöffnet war und selbst das Schwimmbad Zuzahlungspflichtig gewesen wäre.

Enttäuschen - wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht mehr in diesem Haus buchen

Die Lage ist sehr schön
Das Frühstück war ok wenn auch nicht berauschend

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht gerade freundlich
Die Rezeption ist nur bedingt besetzt
Wir konnten am Anreisetag kein Abendessen mehr buchen (Ankunft 18 Uhr!)
Von den angegebenen 4 Restaurant war nichts zu sehen
Der Balkon war sehr schmutzig und voll Tierkot
Die Renovierung des Badezimmers war gut gemeint aber leider schlecht gemacht!
Der Wasserhahn war locker und die Halterung der duschbrause viel runter
Wellness war nur für direktbucher kostenlos und Booking.com bucher mussten bezahlen
Das Doppelzimmer war mit einem duschhandtuch bestückt und die Rezeption war nicht mehr erreichbar ein zweites zu ordern
Es gab auch nur eine Bettdecke

Let op: het zwembad en de wellness faciliteiten bleken niet inbegrepen te zijn! Dat stond helemaal niet in de info. Sterker nog: vorig jaar had een gast hier een vraag over gesteld en toen was het wel inclusief. Ik wilde een half uurtje zwemmen en daar zou ik €21 voor moeten betalen! Het personeel was ook erg onaardig.
Verder was het hotel prima, maar dit heeft mijn verblijf behoorlijk verpest.
