Convenient place to stay and straight off off the motorway
Pros:

Bed - bit old and soft but not too bad - not up to Premier Inn's bed standards

Cons:

The knocking noise in the plug hole and the windows were draftee as couldn't properly close

The room the breakfast was terrible no tables had to clear our table before could sit down no coffee no orange juice the food was very poor eggs solid not cooked to order bacon was very salty and full of fat

Relaxing overnight stay for an onward journey. Second time staying, will be back.

Room noisy. Radiator rattled all night . Next to front door. Hot tap sink didn't work

Not as expected
Pros:

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was brilliant for travelling to Berkeley Castle for a wedding. Both rooms we had were clean but first one was very tired looking.

Cons:

Our first room on night one had an adjoining door to room next door. The bed was rock hard and very thin cheap pillows that need upgrading. Unfortunately 2 lads were next door and kept us awake from 10.30pm till 4am - despite a warning from the duty manager. In the morning after 2hrs sleep we spoke to reception and they upgraded us to a different room, which was pleasant enough but unfortunately the bed was rock hard and had the same cheap pillows. Also it would be very helpful if reception could arrange taxis for your guests.

Nice hotel let down by restaurant.
Pros:

Clean, no fuss hotel, slightly dated rooms with shower over bath, but acceptable.

Cons:

Restaurant was a let down. Food was at best ok.
Not really close to Italian food, more like general home cooking.
Staff were very amateurish, not very educated in Allergies.
