We loved the grounds and location. Staff were friendly.

Great Customer Service! 5 stars!
Pros:

Great location and amazing customer service.
The “night receptionist” dealt with the complaint about loud noise and the “day receptionist” notified about the “found property” before it was noticed it was lost! Impressive speedy return of items.

Cons:

Other guests opened the “party” fire doors to have a smoke and, in consequence, the music was very loud until after I had phoned reception who responded really quickly.

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and at a great price. Our room appeared to be newly painted. There is a huge garden to explore. The beds were extremely comfortable and soft. Delicious vegan and gluten free options for breakfast. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming. Very pleased with the stay.

Cons:

Could have used a plug socket next to the beds.
