The location was great, the room was very nice.
DO NOT EAT HERE! The evening meal was horrible. The staff didn’t even waste their time asking how it was because they probably already knew the answer.
Overall, the staff were polite but very distant and indifferent.
Location excellent
Meals - lunch & breakfast and excellent
Room comfy & clean, met the housekeeper she was fab
Can’t think of anything
Alles sehr gut. Ein gemütliches Hotel und eine schöne Umgebung. Empfehlenswert
Alles bestens
Good location in the centre , however parking is limited .
A bit darted in places. Bar shuts at 10
Loved everything about the 3 Swans in Market Harborough. Large comfy bed for me and my wife who were attending our sons' wedding at the local registry office. Food was great, breakfast was an excellent buffet style with all your full English favourites with option of fresh fruit, cereals etc. for anyone who prefers a lighter breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
In short, clean, comfortable, classy and well worth every penny.
Nothing to not like
Very good
Church bells ringing every fifteen minutes throughout the night.
Location and the rooms were large, spacious and well thought out. Very clean and comfortable along with little touches that add the feeling of welcome. Note from housekeeping, rubber duck in the bathroom.
I made the mistake of extending by one night directly with the hotel and was charged the fulll rack rate that was DOUBLE the booking.com rate for that night so felt very ripped off.
My error but beware.
Fantastic location and free parking.
Room very basic. There is a small fan built into the overhead light, but in our long room the fan was nowhere near the bed, so it didn't help cool down the room. We managed to borrow a table fan from housekeeping so that helped a little. Pillows were a bit too hard for us. Bed itself was OK.
The hotel is in a very good location on the High Street with many high end shops and some pubs too.
Heat wave time…the room was overly hot!! No fan luckily we bought our own fan!!
I ordered a tuna sandwich through the app and received a ham sandwich which they did replace!
Location is very central, food and drinks excellent
Decor a little dated
Locations is perfect. The atmosphere is awesome. Great staff and the room was lovely. Very comfy bed too.
Was a bit hard to park when the world cup matches were on!
Location
Friendly reception staff
Comfortable room
No walk in shower
The location was lovely and all staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately the rooms were very tired. Very creaky floorboards and a ceiling with leak damage. Pillows were rock hard. I booked standard rooms so didn’t expect much but this could be addressed so easily with a small amount of investment. However unfortunately the biggest issue is somewhat outside of the hotels control . The church bells chime every 15 min. It was a very hot night so had no choice but to have the window open (no aircon). We had no more than 2 hours sleep. Probably the worst we have ever had. As a minimum customers should be warned!! Such a shame!!
Amazing hotel...fabulous atmosphere & everything at hand
Comfortable, friendly, convenient
Drinks were a bit expensive
Close to the town centre
Rooms too close to the beer garden and limited parking
