Pros:

Breakfast was very good ,hotel in great location,but room was looking a little tired .needs refurbishment.

Convenient to town centre. Good size bedroom and bathroom, both very clean
Excellent breakfast
Good to have parking included in the price

Cons:

Chairs in restaurant/ breakfast room rather grubby in need of good clean or re upholstering

We will be back!
Pros:

The location is excellent for Market Harborough as it's right in the centre, and there's a good deal of parking at the back, which is free - brilliant. The breakfasts were great and the staff really friendly. My only issue was that the charge for bringing a dog had increased by 50%!!!!! 5 nights cost us £75 extra which is way too much to charge for a dog.

Location and staff best thing. Only other hotel Travel Lodge so not much competition. Rather expensive.

Location and all staff very good, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi constantly dropped out.
Group booking. Requested upstairs rooms we got ground floor. Three members found beds hard, mine had hard lump in mattress.
Buffet breakfast was good, pretty standard, but would have preferred kitchen options too.
As organiser of our group I received lots of emails including some asking for my friends’ details to ‘speed up check in’. I continued to refuse and got emails again. Check in took less than a minute!

Nice hotel with good staff
Pros:

Good location in the middle of town, great staff and good sized rooms

Cons:

Unfortunately had to move hotels due to a loud wedding.
