not happy I will not be returning.

I booked it last minute I was limited for options.

Cons:

Upon entering my room of the the hotel I noticed a few ants around on the sides and on the counters. As it was only a few I could accept this.
Once waking up in the morning I was shocked to see the amount of ants over the bedroom entering my bag.
I reported this to the man at reception and his response was ‘no one has complained about that before’ I then said we can go visit the room if he didn’t believe me but he disregarding my offer. he clearly could not be bothered and didn’t have a care in the world. If he can’t be bothered doing his job I suggest he should find a job he enjoys more.

Not worth the money!
Cons:

The photos seem to be very ‘put on’ we arrived and were only there for about 30 minutes before leaving and moving to stay at different hotel.

The rooms are very dated and the general area did not feel safe or looked after.

We had been given an upgrade, and if the room we got was an upgrade I would hate to see the original room I had booked.

Even though, it was a late booking, we were happy to get a twin room and staff were very friendly

Overnight stay
Pros:

Nice big room. Convenient for visiting family in nearby village

Cons:

No hot water. Room 9 could be opened when locked by pulling the door handle. We were only there overnight and didn't realise till the morning. Wouldn't leave any valuables in there.
No bar, No restaurant. Dated room a bit of redecorating would improve it lots.

Pros:

It was a nice and peaceful sleep in a nice quiet area.

Cons:

It could really do with some money spending on it , maybe a lick of paint and some new carpet would be good. Then I’d happily pay that money for it . Some up to daye tvs as well

Das Hotel und die Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Bildern bei Booking…Betrug!!!
Ameisen liefen überall herum.
Die Ausstattung war kein Stern wert!
Absolute Abzocke!!!
Das Frühstück war das allerletzte was wir je erlebt haben.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist reine Abzocke.
Die Bilder bei Booking entsprechen nicht dem Hotel.
Das Frühstück war so bescheiden.

Just enough if you need place to sleep, not spending time in your room
Pros:

Nice vibes of vintage accommodation,
Friendly staff, good parking and garden area

Cons:

Few small things that when put together make your stay a bit less pleasant and comfortable, e.g leak behind the toilet and flush mechanism that works on and off, visible lack of maintenance and proper cleaning

And, £20 per night for a dog stay is too much, especially for a place that didn’t see refurbishment for a while

Not at all like the picture shown and not in Bicester but 3 miles away.
Room had ants when using the shower the water came out onto the floor and in the morning there was no hot water at all.
Breakfast mediocre.
The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable.

Pros:

i was travelling to london with our dog the Jersey arms was very welcoming to her.The room was spotless and breakfast had everything you could need.Definitely recommend as a stopover if you need something close to Bicester and oxford.
